Kitt... once upon a time there were three branches on the Doctor Who tree. 1) The Sarah Jane Adventures, geared to Tweens. 2) Doctor Who geared to family viewing and 3) Torchwood which was meant for adults. In 2011 the star of Sarah Jane passed away and the show was shelved. Class is the 'replacement' for that niche. It's about a group of teens at an English high school who will have alien adventures with Doctor Who making the occasional appearance. ETA.. you probably knew all the above as soon as I said Doctor Who. Lol

Ah yes of course! Didn't know it was called Class! I didn't watch the Sarah Jane Adventures, not sure if I'll give this a go. It'd be so nice if they were on tv, rather than having to find them on the internet, then you could just tape them to watch on a lazy Saturday evening. Saturday evening is Doctor Who evening after all ;). Oh if only they would bring back Torchwood. Mostly Owen.

It is a BBC show but it's airing on Space for us. I like it. It is pretty fast paced and self contained each ep. I love Kathryn Kelly, she's always fun. I've seen three now, next one up looks like the town is over run... by something. (I would like to know where that robot came from.)

Not on tv at all here. There's a chance BBC America will get it eventually but they're not known for their promptness.

I like the 2016 part of MARS, but not the 2033 part. Slow and bad acting.

Well, if BBC America doesn't pick up Class perhaps SyFy will pick it up or it could stream on Netflix (is that where Doctor Who episodes are now/) or on Hulu. I hate it when the US gets left out of a BBC series when BBC America could pick it up instead of running so many reruns of Star Trek Next Generation.

Anyone watching Incorporated? It is really good! I am about 3 episodes in. It's produced by Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4118466/

Yes I like it a lot. Interesting and disturbing depiction of a possible future. I agree it's well made.

Yes, I'm watching Incorporated. I'm really liking the story ...and looking at the leading man, Sean Teale. I just came here to post that Sean Teale has the most luscious eyelashes I've ever seen on any man ..OR woman! Here's a screen cap from this weeks episode:

LOL...I actually did think of Nestor Carbonell when I posted the above....and I think Hector's are thicker, but Sean's are longer. (Gee, this is starting to sound dirty...) Anyhow, you be the judge - I found a pretty good close up picture of Nestor: https://nickshell1983.files.wordpress.com/2010/03/ richardwelcomehome1.jpg

I'm enjoying the dirty talk. I'm also enjoying Incorporated, though as usual I'm a few episodes behind.

It's easy when the subject is purty like Sean Teale!

I too watch Incorporated. This week's episode was so good! I could do without the brutal fighting but the rest is intriguing!

Well, I saw the finale...this is a really good show! Hopefully, Ben's friend, Jonathon, and his daughter will be back...he was one of my favorite characters but mainly because he was a favorite character in a different show. Damon Herriman plays "Jonathon Hendrick" on Incorporated, but on Justified, he played "Dewey Crowe"! It took me several episodes to realize that and when I finally did, it seemed so totally obvious, I couldn't understand why I didn't recognize him sooner. I decided it was just because his character on Incorporated was so much more mature and calm and put together. On Justified, "Dewy Crowe" was a full blown idiot and comic relief as the petty hillbilly crook who wanted to go big time. Anyhow, great show...it has great characters, a compelling storyline, suspense, and extra long eyelashes! What's not to like?

Imagine if one day 'interrogations' are done with that kind of machine.. it gave me goose bumps... I hope I can remember what happened when the series resumes, thankfully they give you a summary of 'previously...' But I started watching a new show, or maybe it's an old one airing only now in Canada, it's titled "Beyond", it got my attention, how this boy wakes up after 12 years in a coma and has mysteriously acquired superpowers, 12 years in a life 'beyond' but where actually it's not clear after the first 2 episodes. I checked the channel but no more episodes are listed and wondered if anyone knows why.

It's still airing here, I think we're up to episode six of 10. I watched three or four then gave up, it got too supernatural, when it started off more mystery.

Richard Hatch from the original BSG and the remake has died of pancreatic cancer, aged 71.

Hard to believe he was even 71, he looked so good during the new BSG and that was only six years ago.

I've just started watching Incorporated. Quite a scary premise, lots of things that make you go hmm. I did see right away because of quite a few of the actors that it was filmed in Canada. There's just some faces that always crop up. And Genevieve Bujold looks great, I can't believe she is 70.

I don't think Genevieve Bujold is in Incorporated. Here are her credits at IMDB.COM: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000991/ Are you possibly confusing her with Julia Ormond who plays Elizabeth Krauss, head of SPIGA and mother of Laura (Ben Larson's wife)? If so, she looks so great at 70 because she just turned 62 last month! http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000566/?ref_=tt_cl_t4
