Watching the Today Show with Hoda and Kathie Lee: and 2 from MythBusters, Kari and Tory have a Netflix show called White Rabbit Project, I've read and forgot about this, so I thought I'd put it here until I can save it on my list in Netflix!

There is a new sense8 episode up. I think it's some kind of Christmas special. I haven't watched it yet, I decided to go back and rewatch the 1st season again. Lol I just love this show!

It's delicious, Ranger, you won't be disappointed. There is one extended group sex scene (which qualifies as ultra-soft-core porn) that had no business being in the plot as it did nothing to add to the story. But it WAS pleasant to look at, don't get me wrong. Trust me, you'll ask yourself "Why is this scene included and why does it go on for so long?" (It's borderline eternity.)

I just binge watched all of A.O. in one night, it was so gripping and engrossing, I couldn't stop, I needed to know what would happen next! As others mentioned it had notes of the show "Stranger Things". Anyway, it's nearly 1a.m. and I should have been asleep hours ago but had to come on here and share.

After sleeping on it, I have to say there were some 'hole's' in the A.O. story but if you can just go along for the ride without over analyzing, you will enjoy it. I'm really not sure if they can do a second season or intended to with the ending. However if it grows in popularity perhaps it will. Anyone know if Stranger Things will have a 2nd season?

Yes, Miz, there will be a second Stranger Things season; it was announced a few weeks ago. Thanks for the OA review. I'm on episode 5 or 6 and I've been debating whether to stick with it to the end due to negative comments I've read (on Twitter) about the ending. I'll probably watch it to see for myself. Thanks again.

Uncle Ricky....I didn't read any reviews or comments about OA so went into it open minded. Sometimes if I read too much about a show, I get disappointed. If you already into episode 5 or 6 you may as well go to the end. There are quite a few stories they could go into further from the ending of the storyline; explaining a few more things. If they don't get a second season, I will tell you what I imagine for them.

I am so glad I found this thread! I am loving the Netflix series! I just liked and finished Travelers. Minus one dream like episode, lol. Stranger Things was great! 2 Musical Documentaries I highly recommend are Tom Petty Running Down a Dream and Journey Don't Stop Believing. Hemlock Grove was the first Netflix Series and I loved it. I have moved to foreign language series, but you HAVE to be in the mood to read. Right now I am watching The Break which is great. Set in Belgium and I believe they speak French.

Sadly, Miz, we finished "The OA" last night and we really disliked the ending. However, a few days ago, Anderson Cooper (on Twitter) mentioned that he had started watching it and was becoming "obsessed" with it. That produced a flood of reviews from his followers. I counted at least 50 replies that praised the show to the heavens. So...I'm going to assume that most people who see it (particularly fans of the TV show, "So You Think You Can Dance") will end up liking it than not liking it. I'm very curious to see if there will be a season two.

The ending of The OA was "out of the blue" but I felt that it really made me think. Without giving away anything, I like when I can analyze the meaning of an ending. I think a second season is in order.

The OA ending makes you wonder. ANd I'm fine with that. I don't need pat answers all the time. And yes, I'd watch a season 2 for sure.

If you haven't seen the ending g if the OA, there may be a spoiler. The ending had me wonder if someone acted those books under her bed. Also, was she actually abducted? Did any of that happen?! I think she did have visions. What are your thoughts?

I am absolutely addicted to Frankie and Grace, so funny. I guess you have to at least be over 50 to enjoy it (which I am) but oh so good. Had never cared that much for Jane Fonda but she is not afraid to show her age or anything in this show. Fantastic.

Netflix has done a remake of old series One Day At a Time. Cuban-American family starring Rita Moreno. You can start bingeing tomorrow.

Mizin, I'm not sure I know what to think about the OA!
Spoiler Click below to view spoiler | if she wasn't abuducted, where has she been for 7 years?? She had to be somewhere. I'd like to think her story was not 100 fabricated, that there is some strange truth in there, that she does have some kind of power or vision |

Brenda....I agree...definitely did happen but some of the story fabricated....I don't know how to do the Spoiler thing so don't want to divulge too much here. I still think those books were planted.

you type a slash \ then the word spoiler and then the { bracket type your info then close bracket }
Spoiler Click below to view spoiler | I'm not sure what to think of the books. And then what to think of her jumping from the bridge -- was that to try and get the 5th movement? She was trying to die again? I wish that had been addressed. | }

Regarding the O.A.
Spoiler Click below to view spoiler | I do believe she was abducted and I also believe she has some type of gift as her adopted parents gave her medication to suppress it. I just wonder if a) what happened and who was there was made up by her or b) all of that did happen and someone planted those books in her room to discredit her so they can use her some way in season 2. I had flashes of Breakfast Club during the last scene in the cafeteria before the tragedy. |

Miz, in case you haven't seen this story, I highly recommend it as it offers 8 different theories. (My favorite is #8 because I kept asking that same question during the captivity chamber scenes!). Do NOT read this if you have not already seen all 8 episodes of "The OA"... http://www.vulture.com/2017/01/the-oa-fan-theories-netflix.html

Thanks Uncle Ricky, that was an interesting read!! Looks like I wasn't the only one thinking about the books. I only read and write about shows on TV Clubhouse if anywhere so appreciate your sharing.

Yes, I thought of you as soon as I saw the books theory listed. I enjoyed reading the theories - thank YOU for motivating me to hunt them down!

FYI: Scams Beware! There's a Netflix Scam Going Around – Please Don't Fall For It <snip> "According to FireEye, a cyber security company, this is what happens: "The attack seems to start with an email notification — sent by the attackers — that asks the user to update their Netflix membership details. The phishing link inside the email body directs recipients to a page that attempts to mimic a Netflix login page. Upon submitting their credentials, victims are then directed to webpages requesting additional membership details and payment information. These websites also attempt to mimic authentic Netflix webpages and appear legitimate. Once the user has entered their information, they are taken to the legitimate Netflix homepage." <snip> If one of these emails pops up in your inbox, be sure and double check that the links inside bring you directly to the Netflix.com homepage — and if not, don’t give them any information! Stay safe binging out there, friends. http://time.com/money/4635157/avoid-netflix-scam/
