That was not a very good episode last night. I hope they don't take one of my favorite shows and wreck it. New writers?

I don't get much right about this show, but I called it two weeks ago when I said Root would come to the rescue. It is time for her redemption story line.

That is going to take a lot of work for Root's redemption after she promised to protect one of the bad people.

They have to re-engage John. I'm not liking his slide into despair. Carter would not be pleased either.

I wonder why the machine didn't have Root kill that mean lady.

I didn't take it that Root promised to protect her. I thought Root was speaking for the machine who promised to protect her.

Yes, I agree. Root was speaking for the machine and following direction of the machine. The Machine is protecting the evil lady, but also gave her a warning.

Well, Root thinks of herself and the machine as one so you aren't that far off base in your thinking.

That was a pretty gruesome episode. The whole thing about the stirrup bone behind Root's ear still has me weirded out. Ewwwwww!!!

I hope Reese / Caviezel isn't taking a road out -- of the series? I always enjoy him saving the day with either fist or firearm. He's done a lot of that in the past, but it never felt like episodes were always formulaic.

In the previews for next week, who is the actor in the seat next to Reese? He looks familiar.

I think that was Sam Levine who was on Freaks and Geeks:

I liked this show but are they going a bit crazy with this machine hunt?? It seemed easier to get the gist earlier on in the series... but now they're scrambling for crazier and crazier plots that they don't keep my attention as before.

I pretty much don't know what's going on with the Machine and HR and ??? But I still enjoy it. Get Reese back doing his thing.

Sorry but this episode jumped the shark, nice handy dandy little handheld airplane controls ol harold had stashed neatly behind him on a bookshelf.

Glad to see Mr Reese going back. I did think Finch overacted a bit, well a lot, pulling back on the levers...he wasn't in the plane, he was sitting at his desk. But I loved how Mr Reese was a step ahead of the bad guys. I kept thinking the blond flight attendant would be in on it and she wasn't, i was glad.
Great episode.

I am very happy Reese will be going back to "work" and in a new suit too. LOL So, I will over look all of the many things that made no sense in this episode. What in the world were the writers smoking. ;)

YAY! Reese is back. Holly, the flight attendant, looked very familiar. Who? Am I the only one -- she sure resembles Kyra Sedgwick?!

I just rewatched beginning credits. It's Sally Pressman / Roxie from Army Wives.

I really enjoyed this episode. Lots of humor, over the top action, but it got Reese back in the suit. Yay!
Also fun to see the kid from Freaks and Geeks.
