LOL Maris!!! Last year I waited until the day before Dexter premiered to call and order Showtime!! And I got a great deal $5.00 for the year! But I had it shut off a few months ago.

We have DirecTV. We have a package that has Showtime, HBO, Cinemax & Starz for $45. I called a while back to see if I could drop Cinemax & Starz, cause we don't watch them much. They dropped each channel by $5 a month, dropping the package to $20 a month. They'll deal rather than lose a customer.

Well Time Warner isnt like that. It costs me $148.00 a month for just Showtime and HBO and Road Runner.

Saggkl, that $45 I was talking about is on top of what we pay for everything else (3 tvs, 3 hd connections, 2 dvrs, etc). It's not cheap. Why I was trying to get the bill down.

It was!

A year or so back I called Time Warner to cancel The Movie Channel, because I don't watch anything regularly there (HBO and Showtime, I do watch and want) and they lowered my bill and still included The Movie Channel.

Guess one of these days I'll go back and cancel TMC.

My cable expenses include phone, internet/wireless, TV (two DVRs) and whatever tier that includes what I want for the most part.

Is this show worth buying a used copy on Amazon? I don't get Showtime and I also don't watch any TV program on the computer. I don't record anything either, no DVR just DVD. Yes, I know I am kind of weird.

I was shocked to when Brody pulled out the prayer mat and when he admitted he had killed Tom Walker < the first time>.
