The new HGTV is available in Colorado. The house is very bad. From a mud room that is by the deck only and across they entire house from the outside dirt (must walk through Kitchen dining room and living room) to a reading nook that you can accidentally be trapped in by outward opening doors with no opening window, so many thoughtless design. But it is the house, 100K and the car.

latest HSTV smart house in Atlanta. not great design, like a patio where you can break your neck with stairs on three sides and no railing. No pool but they will give you a car and ver 100 K in cash and a cash instead of house for 1/2 it's value. I did likethe layout of the Florida homethey had before in the swamp. lots of aligators there, they did not mention but the new one is a not great design in a peaceful neighborhood.

Has anyone watched Castle Impossible on HGTV?
I had never heard of it but was watching an episode of Expedition X I had recorded and saw a promo for a current episode of Castle Impossible and searched an 2 seasons on demand!
I am watching season 1 episode 3 now.
Love the couple. She inherited a Chateau 15 miles from Paris from her grandfather.. They owed a million in inheritance tax, but the first floor was already functioning as a wedding venue so they ramped up to 89 weddings a year.
But so many renovations needed. Very smart, talented..

I watched season one and episodes that had aired in season 2 on demand and tonight caught the newest episode.

Have you guys watched Escape To The Chateau?
It sounds very similar to Castle Impossible. It's a great show to watch.

Well I can see Castle Impossible without streaming and on demand, so it was a great find.
This couple bring real talents to the work, too. And they are kind people, smart, too. Even the dog contributes great noises..
I did enjoy the other couple visiting, actually all the visitors.
And the French grandmother. Oh la la la.. Her favorite reaction.
