This Agreement applies to your use of the TV ClubHouse and any related products and services found within the TV ClubHouse website at www.tvclubhouse.com and/or www.bigbrotherfanclub.com and/or www.tvclubhouse.com (collectively called the "Service"). If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services.
In this Agreement, "you" or "your" means any person or entity using the Service("Users"). Unless otherwise stated, "ENBCOM" will hereto refer collectively to ENBCOM, The TV ClubHouse, The Big Brother Fan Club and its respective parent or subsidiary companies, affiliates, officers, employees, agents and proprietors.
By joining the club and obtaining a user account ID, either through the account registration page or by request to ENBCOM, you represent that you understand and accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms to our site, and your continued use of the Service will constitute acceptance of the amended terms. This Agreement was last modified on February 8, 2004.
Your Privacy
ENBCOM and The TV Clubhouse collects only the data you input into your PROFILE area, along with related information input when you join and any and all messages you post, including associated data. Visibility of this information to the internet community is within your control, read the PROFILE area to learn how to control the sharing of this information. Once this information is collected, it is stored within the TV Clubhouse database. Occasionally a housecleaning is performed of dormant accounts at which time all profile information for dormant accounts is deleted completely. If ever you wish to have your information deleted, we will do so at your request. We do not keep a backup of this information once it is deleted.
The collected information is used solely for the purposes of the TV Clubhouse. No information has ever been, or will ever be, sold to third parties, although ENBCOM reserves the right to do so should it ever decide to. Occasionally your email address may be used to inform you of upcoming events or to contact you about your account. It will never be used to market products or services to you.
Your profile information is used to help you enjoy the site. If you forget your password or username, your personal information will be used to retrieve this information. It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date, that includes a valid email address.
