Just back from a bus trip and saw an old friend on it, I had not seen in a decade. Gillian and I talked up a storm

I had to call 911 about a fire behind 2 buildings west of me last night at midnight.

so sorry MB -besides my Aunt , the other two belong to the senior's club I belong to , were on the bus. No Gillian.
Yes the fire ladies have it right. So congrats to Bz and Og and BZ is up. The fire trucks just started to arrive as I called.

We have a solo winner in MB, congrats MB!!
I was expecting 21 ; but only 12 of us showed up.2 had the flu , one broke her other wrist , so now 2 broken wrists , ouch!! One forgot and others not sure about; but we had fun and will do it again in late May.

Yesterday I emailed a company to complain that a delivery had not arrived, and when to expect the item. It arrived later that day. I felt bad for complaining. I emailed again, to thank them.
Or
A friend has an extra ticket to the opera, so she invited me for next Friday night. Not a fan. BUT willing to go because it's a freebie.
