I am out and walking, doing squats, moving around really well. You know how that goes. I have an echocardiogram at the end of the month. I just talked to my cousin who had a stroke 6 years ago and doing great so he is my inspiration. Now just trying to stay healthy, diet change, more movement, taking care of myself.

Good for you. I did zoom rehab . It took awhile for me as it was cool and wet , so I did not start walking as soon as they wanted me to. Also got an infection 10 days after coming home. Good luck!! We are all rooting for you.
