Juju, that's how my results box looks too, but it shows all zeros, and then a 5 on where I got it correctly. As if I skipped the first two or three (or four) steps!

Juju, I'm going to say that for myself, I never use or hear that word unless in reference to a certain history event. So, it's a very uncommon word for me. That's my defense.

I read a lot of books by foreign authors as a child and pre-teen, and I know a lot of words not commonly used by Americans, so that was actually the first I thought of once I had the first three. And I was looking for a repeated letter whammy, but unfortunately my first two chosen guesses also had repeated letters. I didn't get lucky like when you crimped it to death the other day.

If you guys enjoy WORDLE, I found a copycat game that is about bad 4 little words. It's called Sweardle. Tee! Hee!
