Guesses for new set:

91. 8

92. 3 million

93. New Hampshire

94. hamstrings

95. Lyons - approximately 35 years ago, I applied to be my agency's representative to Interpol. That was probably about 20 years too early for a married woman to get that job, although I do not know if a woman has yet filled the job. I did get an interview for the job, but they selected an older guy (who was an [censored word], but they probably didn't know it) who was already fluent in French. I am VERY good at languages, and could easily have been fluent after the six months of training that went with the job.

96. The Thin Man

97. The Kitty Hawk

98. Probably wasn't Cats, but that's all I've got.

99. pomegranate - my family of 5 had very little money for extras on a mailman's salary prior to postal reform, so I spent my own meager money as a child, often earned a dime at a time, to regularly buy a pomegranate for myself, in season, of course, once I discovered them. Luckily, nobody else in the family had the slightest interest in them

100. I have already failed this one before, and it was way less than I guessed, even though I have eaten thousands of oranges in my life (thanks for trying to help me out with these fruit questions, Mamie). So, I usually do halvesies, then foursies, then 8-sies, so the next progression would be 16, but that is WAY too many, so 8.

Guesses for new set:

1. Steve Martin

2. 1968

3. hollow cylinders with vertical striations, like a fat ridged drinking straw, cut into 1.5" pieces.

4. dunno, have never watched him

5. 7

6. Service

7. Eye of the Tiger

8. I think it was River Phoenix, and he was so damn talented, and so damned young, and we never got to see who he would eventually become as an actor.

9. Hershey Kisses

10. India, where all the agriculture we saw when we visited there in 2012, seemed to be done by hand and mule power. It was astounding what we saw outside those windows of our bus as we traveled the 140 miles from Delhi to Agra on a SEVEN-HOUR bus ride. All the mule carts traveling the shoulders of the highways, all the mules and people working the fields, all the overturned dilapidated old trucks on the four lane highway, all the carts and vehicles traveling in the wrong lanes of the highways. All the roadside activities going on, like outdoor barbershops set up under trees, strictly one chair operations, but real barber chairs. I swear I saw one naked person; there is a sect of the very large Jane branch of Hinduism that practices nudity.

But I digress
