I thought the very final game was a good one, with them needing to swap the correct box contents by working out the others’ thoughts.
The rest, though, was very badly thought through by the producers. In the early rounds, the person with the money isn’t the threat, the only threat is someone who thinks you have the money, or just doesn’t like you and wants you out. They’re the person to target.
And each time the money is swapped, it wipes out anything you’ve gained in the previous rounds, except the reduction in number of contestants.
The clues have often been too obvious (Scream), and the tasks too weird to complete properly.
Having a group win the award to go in the chamber, but then just pick one to get the clue is silly.
Just a mess really. Promising start but overall a bust.

Yeah... what Kitt said. I watched until the end only because I had time invested in the show but I agree it needs a complete overhaul.

Only the first three episodes were great. Good thing they kept us hanging until the next ones dropped. I would not watch another season unless they made major changes.

The first three episodes were great - very "Mole-like" - then it went off the rails with agendas and crazy voting

Agree with all of it. Interesting concept, poorly executed. I was happy with who got the money in the end. I won't watch again unless major overhaul.

If anyone is interested the first 3 episodes of season 2 is out. Pretty much the same as before, but maybe a few more strategic players.

Bbpeach... is there still a lot of production interference like the first season? They definitely needed to tweak the concept.

Not much tweaking that I can tell. Still clues, silly missions, etc. we’ll see as it goes along if they change anything later in the game.
