Episode 1 aired last nite and it was actually pretty good. The black parents of the 18 yr son who comes off as a spoiled arse look so familar. Hoping some of you watched and recognize her

OK, I started watching it. Right now they are going to sleep for the 1st night. I don't know if clown girl will make it.
The only thing that would bother me is the BEARS! at night. Daytime, not so much. But then again, they have no food, so they should be fine with the bears.

I would think there would be sharp showers around for bears just for liability reasons. But, fox probably didn't have money in its budget.

LOL Grooch...I thought the same thing but figured I would watch the 1st 15 min and really enjoyed it. I love that the mom refused to rescue her son after he was behaving like a spoiled brat

I watched both episodes today just because I do try new shows. It’s ok so far. Will be interesting to see the mental aspect as the days progress. Anthony was beyond annoying but I hope that was really who he is and not just an act.

Oh, thanks, Legal. I will try to watch the 2nd one tonight. And I can watch it without commercials on Hulu.
The guy who drank the lake water, he didn't look like he was doing well, healthwise, that 1st night. I was afraid he was having heart problems.
And what I don't understand is, is that the show gave them just a little bit of water for the 1st day, and your not supposed to drink the lake water without boiling it. What are the ones supposed to do, who didn't get any flint or fire starter? Die of thirst? Or is it just a way to get rid of a few contestants really fast?

One other thing, as bratty as the young black kid is, he's nowhere near as bad as the fiancee of the girl who couldn't start the fire. My skin crawled when he said in disgust that he wouldn't marry her if she couldn't start a fire and then walked off in disgust. I was yelling at her to "Choose the bear!"

With the finance, I took the "wouldnt marry her if she doesnt start fire" comment with humor. Other things, later, did irk me about his attitude though.

OMG! OMG!
I just saw what the fiance did with the supplies. He is deranged. Run Ashley, run! Take the bear!
Legal, when he walked away in disgust in the first episode, it was a huge red flag to me. He acts like she is a possession, not a human being that is an equal to be loved. A pox on him!
(I'd pox his house, too, but she may stupidly be living in that house with him.)

some online commentary is calling the 2nd episode on Hulu a sneak peek, so maybe those of us who have Hulu will be forced to wait an additional week before we see a new episode - when episode 3 comes out on Fox.
