He seems like a nice enough guy. His name is Ben. That is hilarious that they got Jonathon Lipniki to be on the show! haha! He plays an a-hole version of himself.

Really fun first episode! And yes, the first lady overplayed it and did seem like a bad actress. So hopefully they learned to not be too dramatic. And funny when they could not stop cracking up. The guy seems like a good guy.

Ben is super likeable but the supporting cast are no where near as good as the first 2 Joe Schmo's casts were. If I was a producer that one girl that couldnt stop laughing would be the next evicted.
I wish they didnt make the game as over the top as they did.We already had a stupid goat show on amazon

yes, It seems they may have made it a bit too ridiculous. I mean, it's true that some of those asian game shows are wild, so I understand that angle, but make it more asian-like. Not "goat" with the weird salute. I'm sure 'greatest of all time' is not GOAT in Korea.
I forgot about Kristin Wigg, but I remember the puppet lady!
I worry our new guy is a bit to worldly. The original Joe was a bit gullible if I recall correstly.

The actors on this are truly awful! They cant improve to save their lives! They made this show so over the top no wonder he suspects.
I love Cat but her constant narration is grating!
I tried to see if I could stream the original Joe Schmo but dont see it anywhere

yeah, the actors seems to just freeze up and not speak. And the games are too dumb. They've really taken it too far and some of the ridiculousness is not funny.
And so silly of them not to think he wouldn't wonder about how he got the suitcase and why a woodchipper was right there?! I'm still watching though as I am kind of liking how his smarts is knocking them off their game.

Years ago the was a show called "I Survived a Japanese Game Show". It was very good. I guess the pretend show is supposed to be like that.
