Season starts on August 14. Intro special was yesterday. 40 cast members!
So excited every time I see people we have watched for decades!
CT! Aneesa, Derrick, Cara Maria, Laurel, Darrell, Devin, Jordan, Nehemiah, Rachel, Ryan, Tina, KellyAnne…and who doesn’t love the daddy side of LeRoy 😀…. And some of the “kids”aren’t bad either …

I was so disappointed we didnt get to see the battles. Is this how it always is? You must wait to next week to see who is eliminated?

They definitely made it suspenseful. I am sure as the cast dwindles we will have less cliffhangers.
Happy CT won. Not surprised at all that laurel and Cara Maria finished before Bananas.

Right. There were a lot of people to reintroduce - some hadn't been on the show in years. A normal show is a daily challenge, nomination, and then the elimination challenge (unless something bigly dramatic is going down and production wants to show it).

I think the last season, they held the elimination challenge to the next week a couple of times... so it was unpredictable to me.

I'm surprised that Bananas is in Era II. I thought he was one of the original players, along with CT. I love CT.

Kar - you are correct that a couple of timed they dragged the elimination challenge onto the next episode - just for the purpose of dragging it out. Remember when they dragged out the Kellyanne drama/elimination only to discover it had no effect on the game. It really ticks me off when they do that.

I'm just so glad this show is back. Yes, it's annoying when they cliff hang us like that, but there are SO many players that there was too much to get into the first episode.
Bananas started on the 13th season - the Duel. Yes, he feels like an OG because he's been on so many!

that was the best twist in game play i have seen in decades! LOVE the lineup going into next week!

Yeah... I'm pretty psyched about the lineup next week (and getting trivia so early in the season). I hope my boy CT isn't taken out the game completely.
I do kind of hate that Tony took a spot to be on the show if he didn't really want to be there.

Going back in time there was real world / road rules challenges. I think there was either 2 or 3 of these. The next step was the challenges. Those original people are probably pushing 40s. Theo, Coral, Dan(MN), Beth, Anne, and Mark Long .. more...
They lump these into the challenge but in reality I think there was a transition.
