She looks so gaunt and unhealthy in the previews. But not enough for me to feel sorry for her. She think she knows what she's gotten into - wealth and fame. But what she's got, actually, is a former convict, failed politician, living on family wealth, with no true friends.

Ashley is an educated woman living in the 21st century. If she is CHOOSING to live in an alleged "domestic abuse" relationship with Thomas then whatever comes her way is HER own fault. I personally don't believe for a minute that she is suffering in any way, shape or form. She has one goal and one goal only....to get Thomas to marry her and to make Kathryn miserable in the meantime. Cameran got it right in saying Ashley is simply a disgusting human being.

Several reports are say8ng Ashley has been fired from SC. And, she and TR may have split. Recent pictures of her look bad...she’s lost too much weight.

Wow, seems Ashley has come back to California. And what I read said she wasn't a cast member and was not paid to be on the show with Thomas. She got $5000 to fly to New York to be on the reunion show hoping to get a second season.
Now to find out what is going to happen to Thomas's courtcases. I find it hard to believe that he would give the one woman a settlement if nothing happened.

Yeah... technically she was not a cast member (i.e. no confessionals/talking heads) and she was only paid for the reunion. Peyton was supposed to be last season's "crazy" girl but Ashley brought the crazy unlike anything production had seen on SC so Peyton was pretty much gone after the third or fourth episode.

But Ashley’s crazy was not at all unsurpassed on bravo. Atlanta Housewives owns that honor. And by the crazy one on Dallas Housewives. Still, I’m super happy she won’t be back.

Yes, Kathryn confirmed that Ashely will not be on a second season... suspect that is one of the reasons she came back to Santa Barbara.

Ashley was never a "cast member" and since Thomas won't be back next season, there is no reason from them to bring Ashley back. Also, if Thomas and her split up, he probably threw her out of the apartment he was paying for which is why she's back in California.

Yep, saw that last night Dipo. Really disturbing but reading the article I am questioning the accusers story. Too many women are coming out of the woodworks these days crying foul. I will wait for final judgment after the investigation however.

What i dont understand, from the story, is that he/she called a friend to get he/she. If the friend came to get he/she, I would assume the friend would be sober, so how did they both end up at his place? And it sounded like he raped both?
Another odd thing, but maybe it's something new, the article redacted all pronouns that would identify if the victim was male or female. I have never seen that before, so it makes me wonder if it was a male. But, like I said, it could be a new policy with reporting stories.

Using they and them instead of he/she is unintentionally very confusing.

I found the story that first broke the story and it had more info.

The victim was a female, so now it makes it easier to understand what's going on and type about.
She says that he had a friend with him at the time of drugging his drink, and interestingly, he was arrested by police hours later for drug possession.

It is very weird how they reported the story. That being said, I'm one of the few people that believed Naomi last year. A lot of people ragged on her for going after J.D., but I think she knew damned well what she was talking about. No wonder she was pissed off that Liz escorted J.D. to the baby shower. Naomi knew what was going on.
Also, evidently there was a "blind" item about this recently but the sleuths out there couldn't figure out who it was about. Now they know it was about J.D.
