I just watched the birthday party episode which took place before Colin went off to his special school. I was stunned at how many time his siblings referred to him as being weird or other such comments.

Colin may be on medication, that's why he appeared subdued. I hope whatever his issues are the he gets the help he needs for it

reading the article - it is only one time and the venue is bringing in "celebrities" for the revue. And they are saying its "R", not "X" rated.
I cant put this instance into the monster category.

Jon is only interested in promoting his "brand", as he dubbed it when he was celebrity couples therapy, or one of those shows. All about the brand.
No one used the word monster directed at Jon, just that maybe Kate isn't one.

I don't find Kate very likable but in fairness to her I just don't think she has the right personality to look after a lot of kids and she has to do all of the parenting. She might be different with a smaller family. Jon is a mess.

Just watched the latest episode that took place last Halloween. Colin wasn't even there for the big Halloween party.
Kate never changes, same as always. She practically had a breakdown trying to get everything ready for the party.
But the twins are getting pretty. For awhile there I was doubting Cara would. She went through a rough stage.

I think cleaning out the chicken house was unwise. The kids were masked but their eyes were exposed to all that contaminated dust. Plus, they wore the dust covered clothes into the house.

My ex-sister-in-law had triplets and one of them was much like Collin.
He also went to a special school for learning and behavior issues, and came home only when he was safe to do so. The determinations were made in his best interests, not determined by holidays or special events.
In fact, they recommended he not come home for some special events when there would be a lot of other people present... until he was ready to handle that. When he did come home for visits, it was nuclear family only.
