I think this belongs here...did anyone see Andy Cohen's Then and Now? I am watching it, it's about 1997, and I have to admit....I have never seen Titanic, LOL.
The whole thing annoyed me and so did the Celine Dion song, LOL. I guess I am the only person in America who hasn't seen the movie.

It really is a very good movie. You should watch it some time. I think many of us can name movies that were popular that we have never seen.

LOL, Mamie, that is true. The show did a whole segment on the show about how everyone saw the movie and many people saw it multiple times and how it just drew everyone in, and everyone went and it was a huge event.
I just felt the need to say, I didn't see and have avoided it even on TV.

if it is any comfort, I have never seen titanic, but then I have never seen gone with the wind or the wizard of oz. go figure,I have seen a lot of movies, but when these are on TV (usually holidays), I tend to be doing other things.

I didn't see Andy Cohen's show but I did see Titanic...and Wizard of Oz and Gone With the Wind...but have never seen any of the Godfather movies.

Victorian Slop Slum House is being discussed in the PBS shows thread.
LOL about Slop House.. that could also be a BB house.
I have seen Titanic AND GWTW. (my parents took us to that .. it used to be brought to theatres every 10 years and was playing near us on vacation sometime in the 50s and we went and then my mom took us 10 years later in Santa Ana, CA.
I remember it was quite long and even had an intermission.
And I had read the book under the covers with a flashlight when I was probably 10.
Titanic WAS a good movie, but certainly not required viewing. I think I first saw it on a date, same with Star Wars an the next one.
I don't think I saw a Godfather movie, but maybe I did.
But, hey, I bought Star Wars postage stamps yesterday and they are pretty cool!

Well, I've seen Wizard of Oz, Gone with the Wind, EVERY Star Wars movie & every Godfather movie.
I have NOT seen any Harry Potter movie though.

It's interesting and fun to see what "big" movies people have somehow missed seeing. I've seen all of the ones mentioned except Gone With the Wind (though I enjoyed the book). Oh and I also haven't seen the first three episodes of Star Wars (the prequels to the original), but I have seen the two latest Star Wars movies.

So annoyed, the Science channel announced Battle Bots, however, they did not make it clear that it was re-runs from a couple years ago.
Bring Back the Bots!!! Get rid of the jibber jabbering hosts and the after match interviewer. More bots, more matches.

BBlover, I saw one of the shows, it is just so odd to me that they all live in the same house. I mean I understand "a family compound" but the same house. Anyway, I will probably watch it again if I run across it.
