I assume they did an MRI.. if it is a ligament, that would not be good.
Normally ,Whitney would step in, since they are good friends and have similar training, but Whitney won't be available.

I bet she dances. Articles like that make it seem injury is worse / more questionable than it actually is. Could be bad, but I bet not.

Well, there are several substantive step ins - all of whom are "ballroom" people. Cheryl...or Sharna...or Peta. Not to mention the troupe dancers who have performed admirable in stand in roles in the past.
But she will more than likely dance, I agree.

Judges were very critical of Jordan's dancing which they should be. Didn't score quite so high on first dance. Second dance Jordan & Lindsay did jazz which had been done by ?? (I don't remember.) They got all 10s for that. Judges said they did it better than the original first.

I'm not surprised Drew made it into the F4. He has quite a fan base from HGTV and he clearly enjoys being on the show.
I would love a Drew/Frankie F2.

Frankie Jordan or Lindsay final two please. Drew is still too stiff and clunky most of the time in my opinion sorry guys. For the finals at the very least they need to be completely fluid in their movements.

When they raved over Jordan's performance I felt really bad for Mark who number one is not only a professional dancer, but he choreographed that dance. Although I think it would have been a really classy move if he would have congratulated Jordan on an outstanding performance. But I felt the judges by their comments to Jordan were giving Mark a backhanded insult. Well I may be reading too much into it. Personally I think the judges should have just given him all tens which he deserved without going over the top and saying it was better than Marks performance. Jordan deserved all Ten's which is equal to Mark, which is a nice compliment. By saying it was the best one, well... they didn't have to insult the guy.

It really doesn't matter though, because the dance wouldn't have been so awesome if it wasn't for Mark's choreography, right (keep in mind of course that I haven't watched the show yet)? Perhaps Lindsay is simply a better partner than Mark's non-pro partner that season.

I could even live with Lindsay in the F2. I just can't with Jordan. His bio states that he is a dancer. I don't like anyone with dance experience in the F2. (I really don't like anyone with dance experience being cast to begin with.)

I see where you're coming from, but I have to admit that I loved it when Jennifer Grey won...and I also loved it when Emmitt Smith won. I think it is more a personality and enjoying the experience thing with me. The seasons where I quit watching are when I don't really enjoy the remaining contestants.

While I wouldn't say I'm very upset about it, if Jordan does get paid to dance professionally (and I don't know that much about him) then it seems that him winning isn't the same as someone who has less previous dance experience.

The difference is Jennifer Grey did Dirty Dancing was back in 1987 and she has had no dancing roles since. Her bio doesn't have her listed as a "dancer" like Jordan's bio. I don't think even Jennifer Grey considers herself to be a dancer.

I 100% agree with you, Mame. As much as I love the Property Bros, Drew still dances like an amateur. He looks like a scarecrow most of the time. I would much rather see Jordan or Lindsey win. They are the ones who have improved so much in this competition. Frankie is adorable and I love him to pieces, but he's just not dancing at their level.
I didn't see the judges praising Jordan as being "better than the original" as an insult to Mark. I saw it as Jordan being better than Paige. Mark should not be offended.
And Jordan's bio may list him as a "dancer," but he's said himself he's never done ballroom dancing before. We've all seen how he's improved over the season. If he were a ballroom dancer it would have been easy from the beginning. I just love his attitude and his energy. He's adorable. And Lindsay's never won a Mirror Ball, so I'd be happy to see her get one, too.
