Last night I watched the wedding. The dress was lovely and Jinger was beautiful. Loved the glitch of the candles stuck to the table. Every wedding should have a bit of drama.

Amy has been on many episodes of the Duggar's regular show. She seems like a very nice girl. Some eps showed her doing her grind of trying to become a country singer. She is a Duggar, so I'm not sure how she is taking advantage. I like her much more than any of the other Duggars.

I consider ANY Duggar to be taking advantage.
ANYone or any family that manages to take in money that is considered going to a church to avoid taxes is defrauding IMO.

Seamonkey, I can't stand the Duggars and Amy is the only tolerable one to me. But how does Amy avoid taxes? She isn't part of their church. She just visits and takes part as a normal niece would. She would babysit, help with weddings, and other family things like a normal niece would do. She isn't part of their tax cheating.

My post seems to have been misunderstood.
Everyone should take advantage of the opportunities that present themselves to better their lives. It's not necessarily a bad thing.
However, that particular show is not one I would choose. JMO. They do pay well. But, it's a terrible example of how to do couples therapy, and probably does more harm than good.
