Hmmm, Landon is a piece of work and I am still amazed that she thinks she will just find people to give her money so she can just do whatever she feels like on any given day.
I gather she doesn't understand the concept of "work", put in your dues, then you can raise money and do something, once you have proven yourself.

It's kind of sad watching these delusional people...Landon thinks she can just start a business without any thought to it, Craig thinks he can just take over the Bourbon business with no time learning the business.
Just sad. I guess I've said it before, none of these people want to pay their dues.

While I don't know much about Kathryn's family, I do remember reading about how far back in SC history Thomas's family goes. The bridge you see in the opening credits is the Ravenal Bridge, named after one of his ancestors.

Thomas had just got in a fight with Katherine over his inviting Landon to the dinner. Dinner party comes and he lambasts guests, namely calling out Landon's behavior towards Katherine. I think he's acting like maybe his old demons are rearing its head.

Apparently in RL, Thomas and Katherine are in a custody battle. So this nice "family" picture that is being portrayed on the show didn't last long.

Dipo, down south golf carts are a very popular way to get around a neighborhood (even if there isn't a golf course) - especially if it is way too hot or cold outside to walk, but you don't want to drive you car for just 3-4 blocks. My friends in Houston have a golf cart and they use it all the time to travel around their subdivision when going to someone's house. Me, personally, if it is over 80 degrees I will take the car three blocks for the A/C, but I'm not as environmentally conscious as some people.
