We're starting to hear rumors about possible names for next season (it starts March 21st, so we are probably within a week or two of getting the official announcements)
-first name mentioned is Jodie Sweetin (she's been rumored for past seasons, and with the Fuller House series premiering on Netflix this month it would make sense)
-second name mentioned is Scott Disick (best known as Kourtney Kardasian's ex- he's denied it, but TMZ says the producers are interested, but he wants more money than they usually give the celebs)

I thought Disick had emotional problems that might interfere with any long term appearance, but I could be wrong, I don't watch the family reality shows, more into the competition shows. too much living in the media for me, and this from someone who watched the first family reality show, the Louds. I can't imagine why the louds agreed t film, but it was such an experiment at the time.

Derek Hough was on The Chew today hyping his hosting duties on the Disneyland 60 special. He twirled Carla Hall a few times. She's always wanted to be on DWTS. She might be a fun celebrity. Height wise (don't know what shoes whe was wearing) she and Derek are a good match.

Aww, this is happy news. I think they make a nice couple. After reading that Robert had such a hard time with the divorce it's refreshing that he didn't turn into the typical middle age well off man with a new 20 something on his arm every month.

Derek news. He landed the lead in a new Broadway production of Singing in the Rain produced by Harvey Weinstein. He worked for Harvey when he did the Radio City show. I wonder how Nyle will be able to handle the music. He said he goes by beats with music. But, on the ball room dance floor, that might be difficult.
