Jayden was born in 2005 and died at 6 1/2 mos. old from SIDS in 2006.
The kids' mother is ex-girlfriend Liza Morales.

I read yesterday (sorry, I don't remember the source...probably ew.com or yahoo.com) that it is likely that the conditions lined out in the divorce papers (division of property, etc.) would likely be upheld if Lamar dies, but that Khloe might still be the one who can make medical decisions. Sad and weird situation.

Piecing together from what I have read (and who knows the accuracy, so take this for what it is worth) - Lamar does not have a living will, so since the divorce is not finalized, Khloe is the next of kin. That being said, she did fly his father and children out there (I take that to mean that she asked them to come and paid the travel costs) so presumably she wants to take their feelings into account. ROUGH SITUATION, she seems to be handling it the best you possibly could. And I agree that I believe she always loved him and their issues were related to this very type of situation where he goes off and does drugs and other women. I saw that his first arrest for drugs was in 1999, so you can't blame the Kardashians for that. I think Khloe tried to help, but people have to make their own decisions. I heard that Scott Disick has checked himself into rehab over this, which hopefully will prevent another similar tragedy. Prayers for all concerned, this is hard on everyone involved.

and there are the reports on that "herbal Viagra" Hopefully, this information will also get out - not to mess with that! (the main ingredient in Viagra is also in this herbal Viagra called Reload contains sildenafil - i.e. that Viagra active ingredient - this was an FDA warning, that its not listed on the ingredients of Reload, but the lab tested had it in it)
and ET reports that Lamars ex did fly in with an aunt, the kids and Khloe did not pay for them (not sure that really matters, just hope they can get along)

I remember a show when Rob told Khloe that he was moving out. He said he needed to leave. Then Khloe did one of those diary room sessions and said that living with her a Lamar was to 'dark' of place, and she wished she could have protected Rob more. I believe that Rob got involved with drugs back then and she knew that he was keeping Lamar company with the drug use. I think Khloe is one of the nicer of the sisters, she's a caretaker.....addicts need tough love not caretakers. Sad situation all around for everyone.
I agree, hope it was a wake up call for Scott and Rob too. Rob has been living such a solitary sad life. Both men need help.

I have zero knowledge of pro basketball. So I want to ask:
Was Lamar still part of the lineup for his team before this incident?
I am asking if he ruined his chances, or was upset because he was cut.

No, he had be cut and not picked up. That was a contributing factor to his decline.

Apparently Lamar is awake, breathing on his own and spoke to Khloe. It remains to be seen how much brain damage he may have suffered. Best wishes to him for a full recovery.

Dallas Mavericks - important point because they are the only team who actually plays in the city they are named after...LOL! Khloe was a great addition - Dallas wanted to keep her but Lamar...not so much.

Well, if he makes it I hope he's learned a hard lesson and cleans up his life. There must be something better he can do with his money than throw away 75K on a 3 day bender in a brothel.

Addiction is a horrible disease. I hope that if he survives, that there has not been enough damage to impair his chances for recovery from that disease.

Glad he is alive and alert. Perhaps this will be a wake up call and he will get off the drugs. For $75 K it would have been better to go to a nice island with a hot girl or 2 vs a skanky yet legal brothel.

I don't think people should read too much into these reports. This does not mean he is definitely going to survive. And it does not indicate what condition he will be left in if he does survive.

I don't know much about basketball - but doesn't the Chicago Bulls count? They do play in Chicago... (they used to practice in the suburbs, but moved the practice somewhere)
One report has said that the important distinction between Lamar's condition and Bobbie Kristina's (there were comparisons) was Lamar never stopped breathing, his oxygen levels were low, down to 30% I believe, but there was some oxygen happening.
I can't remember if it was ET or ENews... but they were also talking about he was taken off that intebator to test his breathing - and his heart... and some are saying that there is different reports coming out about how much he is communicating and how much is just innovatory (i.e. squeezing hand, eyes opening) I did read that he said "Hi Baby" and Khloe has not left his side....
they do say that the lungs were filled with fluid, and if the heart can pump, that they believe the lungs can be cleaned out and the kidneys might return functioning, but they don't know. They just don't know

To many conflicting reports going on in the media. Only time will tell the effects that this has had on him. I agree, all that money wasted on drugs is sad. If he were a average person, he might have hit his "bottom" long ago, he would not have had the money to fuel these drug binges or would have ended up homeless, but because of his wealth he had access to keep up his drug habits and live a dang good lifestyle despite it all.
I don't think he was a happy with his life, and hasn't been for a long time. He has had a lot of losses in his life. To bad he choose drugs to cope with it all.

This is what bothers me.... Apparently, Khloe has not left Lamar's side.... but, she's dating Harden from the Houston Rockets (I think). If Lamar needs months or years of rehab, is she going to be there for him that whole time?
