Sea, I was going the same thing, but kind of listening during Ava Marie. Thought to myself, man that contaestant cant sing, Alicia is singing circles around her......what a surprise to find out that it was Alicia that was off!!

Billy or Sundance - either for the win is ok by me. Leaning on Billy just because I want coach Adam to win instead of coach Blake. Blake brags too much. Don't get me wrong, I adore Blake - but, he DOES brag too much!

This is my first time watching this show with any kind regularity and I was really impressed not only with the talent but with the coaches.
The only weakness I saw was in Miley who I think is extremely talented as an artist. I get that they want to bring in a younger perspective and viewership but it seemed like no matter what the situation, she would always end up talking about herself. I think there's something to be said for maturity and experience when it comes to being a coach.

I watched very little this season. Don't really know any of the "Voices". I don NOT like long beards. Ugh. Saw it braided one night. Ugh. Ugh.

Billy was my favorite, although I'm not sad or surprised Sundance won.
Jag, I'm not sure what you mean about Billy already had his chance. I know he did well as a child singer, but his voice changed and the recording studio dropped him. I don't see that as being his fault......that is unless there is more to his backstory that I don't know about.

maybe, the show already had Kiss planned for finale & had to pick which of the F4 would be best suited to perform with them? I liked the Kiss performance but, agree - NONE of the F4 are really rockers. Sundance could have been better show cased with just about anyone else. It doesn't matter though. The voting was already done so it was all in fun & entertainment.

He's from here and local news kept saying "Kiss is his favorite band". Don't know if that was the party line or truth.
They did drag out a video of Sundance at a local singing contest that we had here kind of back when Idol was just starting and he sang more rock.

I am not of the mind that these people had a chance before and lost it. I am all for a good comeback story. Billy was just a kid when he first started. I have no problem with anyone trying to make something of themselves again. The show is The Voice not Sorry, You had your chance.

I was hoping for a Billy win, but not at all surprised Sundance won. Not that it matters; this show is all about the coaches and not the contestants.
Blake gets another notch in his "win" belt, and we have another "winner" that will never be heard from again other than when he has a guest singing spot next season.

I think Sundance will have country gigs and Blake has been known to help singers from his team.
Personally I would rather Blake get a notch than Adam. I usually have to fast forward when Adam sings.
I sometimes wish the female coaches would focus more on hair and wardrobe for their singersand less on their own hair, outfits, or scarves.. Cee Lo as well.

Adam IS & always has been my favorite coach to see perform. I love his voice & stage presence & the guy can play almost any instrument. The man is truly a musician & I would pay to see him live if he ever came to my area.

When Blake told Sundance, Kiss said yes while skyping (or whatever it was), Sundance got emotional because his deceased brother had taken him to a Kiss concert. He said he sat on his brothers shoulders.
These shows have got to stop waiting til 3/4 minutes is left to announce winner.

I wasn't sure where to put this.
Season 12 starts February 27th.
Without American Idol to fill my singing needs this year, I am actually looking forward to the next season. I am so happy Miley won't be there this time, and Gwen will be back.

Wow, I didn't realize until until today that The Voice ratings plummeted by almost 20% the season Miley joined. No wonder she isn't on again.

I can see why people would stop watching AI during that debacle of a season with Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey. They were just miserable together.
However, it's hard to believe that many people would stop watching The Voice because of Miley. Even if they didn't think she was particularly smart and talented, she was inoffensive and the judges' interaction seemed fine.
