I said, as soon as she left, that she most likely would be the next Golden Bachelorette...if they had one. She was one of the younger ones. I figured the GB would be 60-ish. That gives them the leeway to have guys in their 50s to guys in their 70s.
And please, producers...don't have any activities where they have to get in wedding attire or fake weddings, or in a convertible with your hair flipping all over the place. Think of the age and the life experience that an older person has....have appropriate activities lol I'll bet the men won't be as well behaved as the women were.

Totally agree!
But with just one woman and her being theoretically in charge, should she want to drive a convertible, she would know to wear a scarf.

Oh in an interview she said she has had all sorts of men hitting het DMs, even proposals!
I am pretty sure some others from Golden Bachelor will be involved as advisors or support.

Oh yeah, Susan and Kathy will be there for sure! Hopefully they learned, and don't try to have a wedding a few months later!
I wonder how they handle the Theresa and Gerry situation? They most likely have to give it more air time lol There are so many rumors going around.

Here we go again....Joan did an interview in where she was asked if she would move to be with the man. She said nope, she would NEVER move. They then asked her...how this would work. She said it's something that would be discussed at the beginning. They could do long distance. They could buy a third house, in the middle? And she said she doesn't need an engagement and definitely wasn't interested in marriage necessarily.
Well, at least they know from the beginning, and hopefully are choosing men with this in mind. And we all foresaw this basic flaw in the formula. Good for Joan for setting realistic expectations and boundaries
The other interesting thing...all them are saying they would LOVE a Golden Bachelor in Paradise lol. They all said they would go. I think it would have to be in a hotel...with air conditioning though

I loved it. Those guys are cute! They are my age. The Asian Charles?? guy seems so sweet. Like the tall guy too.

This was a great first episode. I actually liked all the guys. They made them way more human than the first night usually does.

I'm loving all those guys! They're just having a good ol' time cooking for each other, doing cannonballs in the pool, just enjoying each other's company. So much more fun than that fighting over the girl and deciding who's "not here for the right reasons." I told my hubby I thought it was due to lower testosterone.
So far I like the guy she took on the one-on-one date, but many of them are sweet. Not feeling the French guy. He seems like he would be high-maintenance and hard to live with.

Seems like all the guys, in their one-on-one special dinners are sooo warm, they're sweating so much. I feel for them!
I'm liking so many of these men. She'll have a difficult time choosing just one.

This first season of this is so enjoyable. Such a difference between the drama and fighting with the younger versions of the show. All the participants are likable. The guys really bonded and seem to care about the friendships they made.

I was spoiled by Reality Steve about the ending, and I think she made a good choice.
It sounds like he plans to get them a place to meet in New York and assume they will each have homes near family..just a guess.
