I loved Roberto when he was on with Ali. Glad he is the next Bachelor. Fleiss loves to use re-treads, and I say we could do a lot worse than Roberto. We could have someone like Jake again. Blech!!

Jag, they haven't had a new Bachelor or Bachelorette since Brad's FIRST season. The other commercial also says "if you know someone ... blah blah blah..." I guess in theory, someone could be the next Bachelor or Bachelorette AFTER they appear on someone else's season and are asked back for their own season.

I guess it makes sense to cast from people they already know, have seen how they act on camera, and have an idea of what the public thinks of them. So, yeah, the commercial is asking for the people who are going to be part of the group of 20, not *the* Bachelor/ette.

I don't mind them not using new people, however, I don't like them using people who already found a relationship on the show (like Roberto with Ali) and flopped at it. At least give one of the others a chance.

I totally agree Jimmer. My daughter and I were just saying the exact same thing. Use someone that didn't end up with the girl/guy.

Yeah, it seems with 20+ others seeking love on each show they could pick people who didn't make it to the end, who didn't get their chance at love. I wonder if they have trouble getting people who are willing to commit to it? You want people who are honestly trying to find love, not just get on TV.
