Getting back to the board maintenance question, we backup the board once a day as a pre-caution and people are unable to post or search the board while that is in progress. Obviously, the more posts we have on the board, the longer this takes.
So we’re going to be “pruning” the board and removing some old posts to reduce the size. Draheid also mentioned that he would try to backup the board earlier in the morning when fewer people are using the board.
I’m sure we don’t have to remind everyone that we are volunteers and do all this work in our free time.
It is nice to know that people miss TVCH when it’s not available.

I was not complaining. Just making an observation. You are all GREAT and I appreciate you... I just had noticed that it the maintenance was taking longer, and didn't know if it was a problem.

Just wondering if there might be a way to make a folder in News & Views called Covid, then put all the different threads under it. I never know where to post and the threads get spread out so sometimes I put stuff in the wrong place.
Just a thought.
