Juju... I am guessing that is for a PC... anyone know how to see CPU usage on a Mac?
(dang this whole Real thing may be a bust but I will learn some computer language this season)

program is called activity monitor for mac (ie cpu dh says its on the application folder)

Activity Monitor: hit command + Spacebar and type activity monitor. Press enter.
(up pops a blue search type line in my upper right hand corner I type activity monitor and all kinds of things pop up - good thing I married a computer geek!!)

I'm just getting angrier.
So am I! this just sucks! I fired up BB Reloader with the hope of a miracle, but it didn't work 
Could they not have just left well enough alone??
Hopefully someone comes up with a way to use real player!

ok, so on my boyfriend's mac laptop it says:
system: 16%
user: 32%
what does that mean?

I'm asking dh
in every program theres a part of the program that writes (user) then theres a part that you ask the program to do something (system)
its geek speak
so it means between the 2 of them they are taking up 49% beyond that who do you blame, some of it is on the computer, some is on who wrote it - the computer is doing stuff as opposed to waiting for data to come to it!
(clear as mud yes -dh is now talking about waiting for data to come to it - but in this case half of hte cpu is waiting for data and the computer is getting hot)

ok back back
the programer writes - is the user stuff (the part that's upsetting everyone)
the operating system is doing stuff on behalf of the program
opening files, writing stuff like that
(I re read what I wrote to dh)

look at that same display the number you want to seee is idol, the computer is most idol its most responsive waiting for your command
but here the writer for this real player is using 50% brain, the brain is whirring whether needed or not -

I am with you on that Christi. I like to open 4 feeds at once and mute all but the most interesting one, guess I can't do that now.

from what I've been reading (on their twitter page) "they" say that the hear our cry of the full screen is just a grainy zoom is unacceptable...
need for feeeds or need for BBAD??

well this sucks, I used to like to lay on the floor and watch the monitor, and now its so small...I cant do that....I dont want to be a slave to my chair for the next 3 months...im super bummed...
