For some it’s fairly obvious, but I have to say I have been surprised by how people feel about certain houseguests. So who do you like and not like and why?

Favorites: Barrett, Mallory and Taylor.
Yosh near the top. He's an enigma.
The bottom: Kamu, Haley, and Angela has a toe dipping in there.
Eta: Really can't place Dee and Devins anywhere. They have had everything handed to them and they haven't had to do anything yet.

finally beginning to see favorites appear. It's been a slow move to choosing this season. I agree with Grooch about Dee and Devins. I'd like to see them actually have to play the game! I really do like Devins but not if he's going to keep having things just handed to him.
Really moved up for me is Mallory, Lyric and Taylor. I'd LOVE to see them shake up the game with Yash.
Ready for them to GO.. like.. YESTERDAY!?? Haley and Angela

I have no strong favorites this season. The game is so lopsided and messed up it's making people like Taylor and Melody play so hard they have zero empathy for anyone else, and in other years I think they'd be faves.
I really like Devens, but he's tied to people I dislike a LOT (Kamu, Haley). I liked Dee in Survivor but not so much now, where she seems to be absorbing some of that mean girl energy from Haley and Angela.
Unless something changes drastically and soon, this will be near the bottom of my least favorite BB seasons.

Like: in no particular order…
Dee and Devins - I didn’t like either one on Survivor, but in this setting we get to see who they really are. While Devins likes the chaotic moves for the game, he’s actually a calm, rational person. I like the way Dee will talk to the girls and get them to reframe their thought process and tell them to think of what they can do to change their plight.
Mallory - sorry she fell in with Lyric and Melody as I think she has potential to be a true gamer.
Taylor - stays true to herself, doesn’t seem to let people talk her into things she doesn’t really want to do.
Middle:
Angela - much better than in her first season
Chuk, Haley, Barrett, Lala, Yash - not any impressions one way or the other yet.
Don’t like:
Lyric - only wants to kiss up to the guys hoping they will protect her.
Melody - stop complaining and form a game plan. Get out and mingle with these people and quit hiding away with Drew and Mallory. Yes, you don’t have to like all the people around, but if you want to win $750k, you should not let them know you don’t.
Kamu - seems controlling and too pushy about getting his way.
Drew - always “on”. Seems he is more interested in being on a tv show and getting noticed than trying to win the game.

Angela, should not have returned.
Lala is a control freak.Mouthy.
Lyric, looking for a game protector.
Kamu is cocky,
Haley is a mean girl to the bone.
Drew is like a gnat.
Not sure as I don’t get to see the feeds for very long :
Barrett, Chuk ( non hand washing is so gross), there’s another guy whose name I forget.He was a last minute replacement if what I read is correct.

My #1 favorite is Devins. I loved him on Survivor both times and love seeing him play BB. It also helps he’s our hometown fun news guy!
He actually has played the game, he was HOH!
My other favorites are

Dee, even though she’s had it too easy so far.
Melody, don’t mind her for now

Like: No real favorites but I am enjoying watching Dee (smart, strategic), Devins (fun), Angela (such an improvement in her game over season26?), Drew (funny, very much reminds me of Dr. Will: maybe its the hair and the fact he doesn't like hair on his body except legs, and so far hasn't really tried to win anything but the veto this week) play. Mallory also playing a good game but refuses to let go of the losing alliance she has hooked herself to.
Indifferent to:
Barret...has done nothing so far
Kemu...fool falling for Lyric's sexy purring kitten routine
Haley...still unsure about her
Yash...has done nothing so far
Taylor...seems like nice person but needs to show more game
Do not care for:
Lala...just not my cup of tea, talks alot of BS in DR she can't follow thru on
Chuk...just gives me the creeps for some reason
Lyric...plays the sex kitten always looking for some man to protect her
Melody...comes off, to me, as a real mean girl, extremely self-centered and fake

Love Mallory, I like an underdog. I worry her luck/skill with comps will run out soon if she or her allies don’t win an hoh. Rooting for Lyric by association.
Like Barrett, wish he’d officially and publicly let go of tool shed. Like Yash, want him to shake things up.
Indifferent to: Melody, Lala, Taylor, Drew, Chuk
Concerned about Taylor’s IEP comment, but overall don’t care whether she stays or goes
Dislike: Devins and Dee, mostly because they have everything handed to them. I desperately want to see them actually sweat and be on the block. I’m annoyed Devin’s got the diamond POV, but I don’t dislike his personality.
Angela grates on my nerves, and I’m also annoyed she hasn’t been feeling threatened.
Really really dislike: Kamu- his behavior during his hoh was so unlikeable. I hate when the hoh goes on a power trip like they won’t be back to being a normal house guest the next week. The video of him imitating George Floyd is revolting.
Haley- lots of pick me and hypocritical behavior. Calling other girls dramatic when she is just as catty. Just unenjoyable to watch.
If I missed anyone, stick them with the indifferent category

Add Chuk to the bottom of my list. He made up an uncle and told Lala that he's the perfect man for her and he's going to set them up when they get out of the house. She's all excited about it and talks about it. Meanwhile he's laughing behind her back. So is Haley and Dee when they found out the uncle is fake.

I don’t understand when players do that. No game play in it and totally unnecessary.
I’m disappointed that Dee laughed about it. Not surprised with Haley.

Not sure why Haley gets the Mean Girl label but not Melody.
I actually like Devin’s more on BB than on Survivor.

Melody freely admits it. So there is no hypocrisy to write about.
Haley constantly whines and makes up stories about how horrible all the girls are to her. They aren't. And Haley constantly says she's a girls girl. She isn't. She gives us a lot of material to write about.
Also, the fact that Haley is in a position of power and lords it over the young women and Melody is on the bottom of the dog pile is another reason.
That's my guess.

My new fav houseguest is Taylor as I realized and researched her background and we have our sorority in common, Alpha Kappa Alpha the oldest predominantly black sorority.Her pink and green attire the initials of her college was my clue.Kamal Harris is also a soror who joined at Howard University.

Marameko.. Aysha of RHAP was doing the morning podcast with Taran today and she was also in that sorority and is rooting for Taylor too.
I didn't know that about Kamala Harris.

Thanks Seamonkey….I have never followed Taran and only know of him from this site.I just noticed her FAMU shirt and that made me do a little digging.AKA was started in 1908 at HowardUniversity, I am a charter member of my undergrad chapter at West Virginia University and a golden soror which means I am a 50 year member.

I follow Shelli who was last here as Mocha, and am always impressed by her sorority activities .. She is in Alpha Gamma Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, celebrating their centennial all year. They definitely look like a great group.
So, you and Taylor and Kamala, nice.

Thanks, Marameko for letting us know what FAMU means. When I first saw it I thought the first 2 letters might mean Eff Around... But I knew Taylor would never wear a shirt saying something like that. 
The thing that really struck me to the core in last night's show was when she was in the DR and she said she was starting to get angry, and that you don't want to see her angry.
It reminds me of my sister to a tee. The nicest person in the world, quiet, and goes above and beyond for anybody. And if something or somebody starts upsetting her, she never says a word, until it builds up and she will explode! You don't want to be the one she's angry at, thats for sure. So, that's how I imagine Taylor will be if she gets angry. I pity the poor fool who ends up pushing her over the edge in that house. And if she does end up angry, I'm hoping it will be at Kamu or Haley. Though, Haley will crumble (she's not as tough as she projects, she's very insecure) and it might make me feel sorry for her for 5 minutes and I don't want to feel sorry for her. So, let it be Kamu. He's trash to me.
