Vince said Ava heard the HOH door open and she didn't want to be seen talking with Vince, so she said "think about it" and left the room.
Feed switches to Ava talking to herself.
Ava: I could convince Morgan to turn on Vinny, but she's not going to do it.

Before WBRB, Morgan and Vince were talking about the "locked vote" theory and how they didn't buy it. I didn't understand what they were talking about.

Feeds come back to Ava sitting on the couch in the HOH room, then she gets up to leave.
Ashley is still in the bathroom. Morgan tells Ashley that Ava knows she is going home. Ashley responds, "I told you that two days ago."
Ava has gone back to her room and is zipping up her bag.

While they are chatting in the HOH room, Ava is chatting to the camera.
Ava: "It's just weird. But nobody can say that I didn't try. Lord, I tried, but I just couldn't win competitions."

Everyone knew Vinny and MOrgan were a twosome. One of the primary rules of big brother. Split a known twosome. It is always defensible.
She is losing to a powerful twosome. If anyone had been able to split them up, some other HG could go claim that spot next to the remaining player.
Dont be mad, be admiring and appreciative of good game play.

I’m not sure that it’s a lock for Morgan over Vinnie. Kelley, Lauren and Keanu all felt betrayed by him and thought he was simply following Morgan’s orders. Once they find out about The Judges, that might change their thinking. Instead of him listening to Morgan, they may see it as him being true to that alliance. Ava may also see it differently. Rachel and Will being a part of that alliance will help them to see that. With so many women on the jury I would give Morgan the advantage, which I think she deserves and hope she does win.
