Vince was talking to a lady in the bathroom area and said, "I'm not going to make any promises to her." I would assume he was talking to Ava and he was not going to make any promises to Morgan.

Ashley has been trying to find a certain skirt and it is missing. She is upset and really wants it. She thinks someone who has left took it. Ava assured her that she did not take it.

From what Jokersupdates posted, Morgan stood up to verbally evict Keanu, so she may have won the Mastermind's contest and the right to do the eviction.

Whoever took the skirt might have also taken Ava’s Hobo Kelly hat.. since the numbers have dwindled she has been wearing cuter clothes, more fitting/flattering, less “costumey.”
She is currently lying in her bunk LOUDLY biting her fingernails so I turned off th sound. This week she really looks like she’s lost weight!

If Vince has any qualms about being nominated by Morgan, he could just have this fictitious conversation:
Vince: Are you thinking of putting me up?
Morgan: Why do you ask?
Vince: Because if you do, and I happen to get voted out, it won't be all bad. I'll get to spend some quality time in the jury house with Lauren.
Morgan: I'M NOT PUTTING YOU UP, VINNY!

3 & 4 - Vince and Morgan talking in the HOH room. He says he's been waiting 10 years to win this veto (to get in the final 3).

Morgan realizes that the eviction on Thursday won't require the person to go into the diary room to cast their vote.
She said the Mastermind said "This will be the first public eviction [Keanu]." But she thought, everyone knew how people voted. (That's not entirely true.)

Morgan: "Don't stress."
Vince says he's not going to eat until tomorrow night.
Vince leaves the room and Morgan puts on headphones. The feeds all are on Ava now.

Ava gets up and walks by Vince getting his things.
Vince: "You OK?"
Ava: "Meh. Just waiting for the DRs. What are you going to do? [Rhetorical question.]"

I have not seen Ashley on the feeds for the last 45 minutes. I suppose she is in the DR. It's too early for her to be evicted.
