Taran gave a really good reason why Vinny did not throw the Hoh. He suggested that Vinny wanted to throw it but couldn't until all the people who wanted him out of the house were eliminated. It ended up getting down to Kelly and him and he knew Kelley wanted to get rid of him so he couldn't throw it. Made sense to me.

Vince won't put Lauren up .. (he will put up Keanu, Kelly and Ava) He'll beg Morgan to forgive him .. Morgan will tell him that was the final straw.. and she'll jump over to help Keanu...and tell Keanu everything she knows... then Ashley will win VETO .. use it on Ava and Vince will have to choose between Lauren and Morgan as the renom... Good times.

I was going to say he'd put up Lauren because he's afraid of the wrath of Morgan.
But, then Vince might be afraid Lauren will be so upset, she'll spill the beans about her final 2 with Vince. And he's afraid of the 10 wraths of Morgan.
Vince does not put her up.
