If Rachel has to renom, she needs to put Will on the block. Noone will vote him out , he will be angry but he is the best person to have on the block to guarantee Mickey or Morgan go home.
Putting an angry Riley or highly vindictive Kelly on the block does not help Rachels game. Even if Kelly does intend to nominate Rachel.

Feeds cut to Morgan and Rachel talking in the have-not room.
They are scrambling as Rachel says veto meeting is in "one hour."
Feeds cut back to Vince and Lauren, who says the veto meeting is in about 30 or 45 minutes.

Kat probably thinks that Lauren has more loyalty to her than Vinny. She doesn't know Lauren has a final 2 with Vinny and thats why she is so protective of him. Kat can see no reason to use it on Vinny. He has the votes to stay, why change anything.

Hey bb gods! Let Lauren use the veto and have Rachel nominate Riley and he goes home. Or better yet, Kat. Let Kat escape the house and Rylie!

Now Lauren has followed Rachel up to the HOH room. She tells Rachel that she is leaning toward using it. Rachel says she doesn't want her to use it because she doesn't know who she will put up. She may put up an ally of Lauren. Rachel says if you want to work with me. . ., I am your ally.
Feeds cut to Morgan, Rylie and Katherine fixing their appearance for the veto meeting.

Rachel says she will probably put up Kelley. Lauren says they want her to use veto because they want Mickey and Morgan to stay. Lauren asks Rachel if she wants Mickey and Morgan to stay.
Rachel says if you take Vince to final two you might lose. If you take me, you could win. Rachel says if you want to win, I'm the one you want to work with.
This is a good conversation, too much to transcribe.
Rachel doesn't want to put up Kelley and won't put up Keanu. Lauren tells them what the other are telling her, and Rachel responds that they are manipulating her. Rachel says Kelley is your ally, why would you want her up?

Rachel says, "Don't let them take advantage of your sweetness." There's no reason to jeopardize another of your allies. Kelley is good for your game. I don't know even if I will put her up.
