I completely agree with you, Grooch. Nothing wrong in letting the young people take care of the awnings. Cirie and Fe both contribute enough around the house. I'm 70 now and I've learned there's not a thing wrong with asking or allowing people to help you with certain things. Like at the grocery store, never fails what I need will be on the top shelf and if there's a younger person, male or female, if they offer help, I'll accept it and even ask for help if I need it.

RoseM. I know how you feel. I haven't even been posting on here like I used to. These young people all want seem to just want to be on camera. BB seems to have the challenges geared towards the men winning due to needing strength and showmances etc...we can almost predict who the winners will be well before the F6. Boring!!! And yes, I used to get very invested in the players but not anymore. Enjoy your Nintendo  P.S. We need a Cirie or Felicia veto win just to make watching the next few episodes bearable!!

Nana, I am right there with you. I always ask for help at the grocery store for things that are on the top shelves because they are out of my reach. I might think that I am 20 years old but my body knows that I am not . Bowie wants to pretend to be 35 years old so let her help Jag or Matt with the awning!!

They woke them up very early today. They thought it was going to be an early veto.
I figure it's just production testing the veto comp to make double sure Cirie or Felicia can't win.
I am hoping for a Cirie miracle. If Jag or Bowie win the veto, it's over for Cirie. The game is pretty much over.
Jag is going to cut Matt, but Matt can't see what's happening.
Cirie and Felicia moved over by the pool.
Jag comes out, small talk.

C/F just talked about there should be two bottles of wine. I don't know if the others drank it without sharing. That would be really mean.
Bowie came out. Matt got called to the DR so they think the veto will start soon.

I learned about getting too emotionally involved with this game back in Evil Dick's first season when he hated on Jen so bad. Really bothered me that a man would treat a woman like that. I really despised him and it affected me personally.
I started pulling away from emotional involvement after that season and started looking at it as for my entertainment purposes only. Hamsters there to serve me, to entertain me, and nothing more.
I even missed several seasons lately. Came back this season because I retired, the older HG, and Cirie. Have had to remind myself not to get emotionally involved at times....these are hamsters here to entertain me....that's it, that's all!
Hoping Cirie or Felicia win veto today. Really like the idea one of you posted yesterday about the veto being Cook your Best Meal from the food found in your robe pockets.

For me, those that I liked are gone, those that I disliked are gone, so now I’m just along for the ride! It lets me focus on what would be the best game move for each, rather than hoping/wanting any certain outcome.

Bowie will be 2nd place. If final 3 is Jag/Matt/Bowie, the boys cut each other to sit next to Bowie.
If one of the momma's manage to win Veto and Bowie goes up - the vote will be 1/1 with Matt tie breaking on Thursday, and he'll keep Bowie for my first point as the reason.
The ONLY way I see a momma getting to Final 3 is if they win the next HOH. Otherwise, cut Jag the check now.

I am turning off the feeds again. Bowie Jane has started up her hateful petty train again. I just can't take her nastiness.
I can understand underdogs doing this stuff as a way to vent when they are powerless. But Bowie is pretty much guaranteed to be in the final 2, so there's no need to keep stirring and whipping up the hate and anger.

If Matt wanted to keep Cirie he should have put Bowie up as a pawn. It shouldn’t matter to him who goes. Jag would be forced to make a choice, and show his TRUE alliance preference. At worst the votes would be a tie and Matt would make the decision. And it would have made Matt the only HG to have never been nominated yet this season! But he’s a dummy follower and this is what JAG wanted! I heard someone say yesterday “it’s what the house wanted.. “. How is that even possibly believable at this point?! But of course the other person did not laugh, yell, or question it. I had to laugh…

Calimom, it is so sad because this used to be a game where people wanted to WIN...not give the check away!!! I almost got excited when Matt won the HOH because I thought (dumb me) that he would make a 'big play' and put Jag and Bowie on the block. Come on production...we are ALL BORED with this sheep mentality, voting to let someone else WIN!!! I really hate it when they throw comps too!

This season has digressed and killed my hopes so quickly, I've been keeping an eye on the basil plants in the kitchen hoping they don't kill them too.
Bowie finding out no one watching likes anything about her and her game play, is a slight highlight.
Does Matt really think Reilly and him will marry, they knew each other for 2 weeks, his obsession is very strange.

Bowie’s HoH letter seemed misleading… pumping her up about her “sense of humor,” and saying she’s so popular and beloved. Maybe that’s why she continues her quirky hair/wardrobe choices, and her awful lack of verbal communication?
