So Cirie's name has NEVER been drawn out of the bag?
I believe the only time she has played veto was when everyone played and when she was on the block during Bowie's HOH.

I think they should all hold their own chip, HoH puts their own and the “houseguest choice” chips in the bag, then each HG drops their own chip into the bag! That way there would NEVER be a question by viewers or players!

I remember hearing that Ian during all stars dumped the bag after the draw to make sure everyone's name was in the bag, and all were accounted for.

Jag has this complicated scheme for winning "Stay/Fold" veto. I did not see his talk or if he talked to America about it but everyone seemed in on the scheme. Everyone is to fold except one person each time. One person stays...next round a different person stays and everyone else is to fold. Seems Blue is in on the plan and has agreed to it so she can be a part of evicting America....little does Blue know that the plan is for her to be evicted. Once again, Jag explains it to Matt and Matt goes along with his instructions like a little puppy dog. No brains of his own or he simply chooses not to use them.

So the HG has discussed, in great detail, Stay/Fold and the Slip and Slide competitions.
Have not heard them mention "Before or After" competition. Hope whatever their comp is today...it is a surprise to them all.

In BB Canada for Veto pick they have a wheel with the HG's names on it plus 2 HG choice slots. When HOH and the two nominees spin the wheel every eligible name is on the wheel and everyone can see who gets picked.

If Felicia won PoV, Jag would be in charge. He could tell her to keep noms the same, he could say if she uses it he’ll put up Cirie… I cannot see imagine Felicia winning ANY part of the F3 comps. She’s not good at endurance, math, speed or answering quickly/correctly. She’s good when they all discuss details of the house/comps, but it doesn’t carry over when she’s under pressure during an actual comp.

I find it so interesting how people still think the game is rigged for Cirie… yet her alliance has been the majority of the people voted off prejury. She didn’t win HOH this time, coming in second to the previous HOH(who in seasons past would’ve been made to throw the comp, like Claire had to back in S23). Her social SKILLS are what’s keeping her safe, not production.
My observations, of course, your own personal filters may change your perception, just as mine do for me.
I watch the live feeds. I admit I like Cirie. But if the game is “set up” for anyone to win, it’s Jag.
