Cameron talking to Jag and asks Jag to tell him the honest truth, why is he going? What changed, just shoot me straight and tell me why I'm leaving?
Jag: I was told you were throwing around names.
Jag is such a liar! WHY CAN'T Jag just say, Cameron you are a comp beast that would be hard to beat as the numbers get smaller, that is why you are going now.
Jag would be complementing Cameron IF HE WOULD JUST TELL THE TRUTH. It seems simple to me. Tell a friend the truth, you are too great at this game, got to get you out when we can.
Cameron just lied to Jag saying he was not going around trying to blow things up but he has been trying to blow up Jag/Matt's game since yesterday.

I would give Cirie's social skills more credit that just Jared asking Cam (or anyone) to keep Cirie safe. It was possibly good to ask, but Cirie was in a deep hole caused by Jared and Blue and has improved her place in the house with communicating with each person. But for all reasons, love that Cam had given her some information, for sure. It minght be more to weaponize Cirie against others, but no matter the reason, yay

Bowie is a strange HG. I believe she is over compensating for being a non entity for most of the season. Maybe she didn't have a lot of DR moments, or moments period.
She won HOH and had everyone hanging out in the HOH room and she was the center of attenton. But very quickly she forgot how Cam was there for her and started listening to people who never talked game with her. She is acting like she finally has a chance to be prom queen. Weird behavior for someone in their 40s.
Irony, she might be thinking this will give her a DJ-ing boost in her career, when her throwing Cam to the pack of wolves might do the opposite.
Especially eye opening if Cam wins AFP.

Convo btw Jag/Cameron is kinda interesting. I don't know who is playing who right now during this conversation.....Probably both playing each other at this point. OR Cameron still does not get that this week was ALL JAG, all the time.

Grits are interesting. In WWII my dad joined the Navy and was assigned to an Argus Unit and they were sent for training in Georgia, St Simons Island. There were 4 of them, most were married (one was a literal newlywed to a nurse) and the four guys all were allowed to bring their wives and the four couples shared a house. They later all went to California for more training, and they shared a house lent to the war effort on the beach in Malibu!! My parents had grown up in Indiana, lived in Manhattan and then went around the midwest on audits prior to the war, but from Georgia, my mom learned to love GRITS (Dad did not) and from Malibu, mom was quite open to ending up in California which didn't happen until 1959. But on vacations, if there were grits, she would have grits. I never tried them, but if I was in the house, I would definitely try most everything (not beans). Why not. I would not want lunchables, Cory.

I don't get how some young people these days throw around the words "I love you" to everyone. I have noticed it over the last several years in BB. Jag got up to leave and walked over to hug Cameron and they exchanged "I love you man" IF you loved someone wouldn't you at least be honest at this point of the game?
For me, those words mean something.

I think my mom just had butter on her grits but probably had eggs on the plate too. The only eggs I like are deviled.

Cam never really talked game with Bowie. He basically just told her he wouldn’t tell her his plans so she had plausible deniability. WE know that was the truth, but SHE doesn’t. He was actually a little condescending to her when he would tell her to “just be Bowie”. I, for one, took that as she was too ditzy and dumb to be told what is really going on. Perhaps she did also. The first time I remember ANYBODY talking game with her was when they were going to flip the Izzie vote, and that was Cory/Amer/Jag. So while Cam did keep her safe, it wasn’t anymore safe than anyone else he didn’t put on the block. I also think she figured they were going to start going after Cam and she would be the “pawn” going up with him, and a good chance of going home instead. Let’s be clear, if Cam thought for a moment that she could beat him at F2, he would not have wanted to take her, but since he figured it would be a slam dunk, is why he wanted her as F2.
Yes, Cam is being done dirty, but it’s not without their own reasons.

Besides the I love you deluge, this season is super big on hugging while patting the back rather vigorously. That started from the beginning I think with Hisam and Cam. And they don't just hug the person leaving (though MeMe did turn Cory and America down) but then they all mill around and hug each other. Kind of odd..

Cam hasn't lied to any of them. He is right, the only one who told her she was smarter than they gave her credit for is Cam. He included her in most of his plans, but also knew, because she told him, she didn't want to know too much, he tried to protect her. Cam knows he is going and is fine with it, but he is going to drop a lot of seeds, before he goes. They aren't even telling each other what he really said to them. I can't wait to see how they trash the crap out of each other. It might get really ugly, and I hope it does. If someone plays dirty against any of them they deserve it. Turn about is fair play in my book. You reap what you sow. Maybe Felicia and Matt can find out what that means in the Bible.

30g of stoned ground grits have 2 grams of fiber and 22 grams of carbs.
Instant grits are even worse.

Yes they are high in carbs but adding protein helps to burn them off, adding eggs, cheese and bacon are great ways to add protein. They are high in iron as well, which is good for my anemia. I only eat a single serving which is not much at all. I don't ever eat bread or rice or pasta so grits are pretty much the only carbs I get in a day. When calculating carbs you subtract fiber and protein from each serving. You then have net carbs. So subtracting the protein in eggs, bacon or other proteins you subtract those as well. My grits only contain 11 carbs and 1 sugar that equal 12. 2 grams of fiber and 3 grams of protein. If you add no other proteins then your serving only has 7 carbs

added: mistake 29 grams of carbs per serving 1 gram of sugar. I read it wrong. 2gram of fiber 3 protein. Each egg has 6 grams of protein and I add two. That is 30 less 17 is 13. I am also a diabetic, so this ratio works well for me and I satisfy my cravings easily. I never eat carbs without a protein.

EM - I've never seen anyone subtract protein to get net carbs. Fiber, yes, but not protein and I've been eating low carb to control my T2 diabetes for years now and followed many of the leading doctors (Dr Ken Berry, Dr Jason Fung are two), and none subtract protein for net carbs.
If you Google how to calculate net carbs - they all subtract fiber and sugar alcohols, but none say protein.

I subtract them because they cause the body to burn fat longer so the carbs burn off and don't store as fat and sugar in your body. Sugar and fat stored is what causes blood sugars to rise. I have gone to diabetic counseling and learned to add proteins to negate the carbs left in your body. I take that as net carbs eaten at the end of my day, it is not scientific meaning of net carbs but the way the body reacts to what doesn't get burned off. Sugar burns fast and the carbs don't have time to burn off so the store. Proteins burns much slower and longer so no storage. That type of eating controls your cholesterol and that lowers blood sugar. If you are eating less carbs for weight then it may work differently, but that is not why I eat less carbs. It is strictly to keep my blood sugar and cholesterol under control without medication.

It is hard Sea. What works for one ailment has to be tweaked to work for another. I have had to adjust for diabetes, anemia and high cholesterol, which also effects blood pressure. This has worked for me for the last ten years, when nothing else was working. NO carbs (atkins) I lost weight but eating too much protein can cause other problems and I didn't feel good. I also lost too much weight. You have to be able to balance and adjust for all the other crap..LOL it's a full time job.
I think America is trying to start a fight with Cam so he will blow up and she can use yet another thing against him and ease her guilt. That is why he walked away from her, and she tried again when he was talking to jag and she is pissed. She is going to try and I just hope Cam lets her act a fool. She loves drama and thinks she is so slick but I think she just looks like a silly teenager.

Cirie has been in the kitchen, calmly making her chicken salad, talking to Cam. Very peaceful. She was enjoying her self.
Here comes Felicia barreling into the kitchen. You want me to put this into a container? Felicia calmly says not yet. She pushes her way to the sink, dishes.
She would drive me crazy. I would say go sit down Felicia, till I get done in here

I have never seen the movie "Mean Girls" but I would bet that Bowie Jane would fit right in with them. Bowie can't let 3 minutes go by without bashing Cameron or encouraging someone to bash Cameron. Her first question to everyone is so "what did he say to you?"
