There is SO much irony (perfect word, Boberg!) with so many of these people regarding alliances ..
Cory was shaping up to be the sneaky one but Anerica is doing the same thing and it seems, better, though she may be targetted sooner.

Like on Survivor, sometimes people are chosen for a reward to keep someone closer, or to try to build a bond, or to block them from talking to others while you are away (or eating dinner).
The BB special dinners don't seem to be all that long.

Karuuna, Seamonkey, and Rosem...I agree with you all and Cirie's magic is so much more visible in BB because of the feeds. She truly is talented in making people believe she is their friend, cares about them, has things in common with them, and is totally on their side. And it is amazing she showed up in the HOH like she did while her real real alliance members are hanging at the pool. Amazing season so far.

Hey, FYI, you guys - OT, but not:
There is a Category 2 hurricane on its way to my location north of Tampa. So later this week, I may not have electricity.
Just wanted to give a heads-up for my fellow updaters.
I better have power by Thursday or I'll be going to some local bar that has a generator and beg them to tune one of their many TVs to CBS.
I just moved here a month ago from Orlando, so this will be my first direct hit since Hurricane Charlie in 2004.

Sea Jag put it perfectly when he pointed that the difference from Survivor is that everyone will still be able to eat unlike on Survivor when it can mean the difference between food and no food.

Oh dear, Rosem. I lived in St. Pete about 40 years ago and I remember them saying it was so rare for hurricanes to come up the gulf side of Florida, and then we had one!

jadajean currently 106 here in Houston Texas area. Yesterday got up to 109. Very unusual high temperature this summer. WE are always hot but not usually triple digits.

Thanks, Guys. I'm going to get a few supplies tomorrow, and luckily the apt complex I moved to is brick construction instead of wood frame, so I feel pretty safe. The worst of it is lack of electricity and AIR CONDITIONING. And of course lack of live feeds.

Stay safe Rosem. I remember hurricanes when I lived in Jacksonville back in the day. Very scary. We lived in Navy Housing, no air conditioning back then.

Cam and Red disagreeing about someone female, but missed the beginning, because ... feeds.
Red says Cirie can be trusted. Cam says if I talk to Cirie, Izzy would lose her mind. Red agrees, you me, bowie, matt, cirie, is what I'm setting up preparations to be a thing when it's time. Cam says, that's a solid five.
Feeds cut away. Sigh.

Thanks, everyone. I decided to not wait and I put in my Walmart order now instead of waiting until tomorrow. This storm came up pretty quick. Usually we have several days to prepare. It is also intensifying more than what was originally predicted, which is worrisome.

Red telling Cam how everyone is sick of Izzy. Cam is clueless, "why?"
Cam said he told folks that Bowie needs people to go to bed on time... we'll see if it changes.
Red again venting about Izzy and the whole staying up late thing. Says she was hateful toward Bowie. red says that's good for us, because it makes our decisions easier.
Knocking out Izzy is Red's "solid plan."
They are planning for Jag to leave. Blue and America can go too. Might get help from Jared if we let Blue stay until jury. Red: I don't want to be stuck with Blue in jury. (is Red planning to go to jury?)
Cam says what I was thinking about Red going to jury.
Red states again that they are 1 and 2, and Red doesn't care who wins.
Cam says if America wins HOH, he won't go on the block, so he doesn't want to piss her off. If Jared won HOH, he sees the same thing. Izzy and America both would target Red. Red says I'm closer to izzy than you are, we've been working on it.
Cam doesn't understand why she is losing her mind. We solidified the "damn thing" the night prior.

I think Cam loves Cirie but doesn't trust Izzy. So he is not going to talk to her until Izzy can't see. It should be easier since Izzy is a have not, because otherwise she is stuck to Cirie's butt.

Red says he has more reasons to eject Blue than Jag. Red says Blue hasn't even approached me.
Cam says "from my perspective, you're good." In other words, stay a target. So Cam sounds like he wants Jag to stay also.

Red says Cirie has been our biggest defender. Specifically because Izzy wanted us out, and Cirie put that down.

Oh, they are talking about Blue going home *next* week, then America. So still Jag this week?
America would have gone after Izzy. Blue would go after us. Would still prefer Blue to go home over Izzy.
Red says if I go on the block, we still have the votes, even if I don't win the veto.
Cam, we get down to 10. Blue's gone, America's gone. (So Jag goes this week). We are stuck with the 8 plus Cory and Jared. Where do we go then?
Do we start with those 2? Cory is going to feel some kind of way when America leaves. The pattern we are working is busting up couples. (Jared/Blue, Cory/America). Who's next? Cory and Jared together?
