So they did not show all the talks Hisam had with each houseguest. They did not show him calling American a liar.
If you weren't watching live feeds or reading what was going on with live feeds, you wouldn't know that it was Cory who told them to rethink keeping Hisam (at least the first time) as it would cause distrust with others.
If you just watch the TV show, you really don't have a clue as to what really happens.

It isn't like Cameron has had a chance to be loyal since no one added him to their alliance. He has just been used as their pawn and a vote. He was loyal to Riley and to Red, who else deserves his loyalty?
