Yesterday many were discussing Hisam's frequent use of the word "right". I went and found several YouTubes of him speaking and in those he does NOT use the word "right" constantly. This leads me to believe that he does it purposefully for all the control and manipulation reasons you all mentioned. What a good psychiatrist...not

Cerie is right (LOL) the way Hisam uses the word "right" is to wait for the reaction of agreement, so he can use that. I made that comment a couple of days ago, it's a gaslighting technique. If you have ever had to deal with any type of narcissist then you see it.

Based on Taran's recap, it sounds like a TON of plotting and re-aligning took place yesterday. I was at out school Open House until late evening and missed a lot. A key seems to be that Cory moved way down and Blue moved way up, thanks to Jared.
Does Cirie know ANYTHING about how that showmance is progressing? She told Izzy that Jared is not loyal to Blue but just using her.
Does she not realize that showmances are dangerous?

I've watched Hisam, and as someone who is actually trained to diagnose mental illness, I don't see anything that would lead to a diagnosis of narcissism. These diagnoses can only be made under careful interviews and assessments. He's just on a TV show.
I get people don't like him. I don't either. But to claim he's a narcissist is a bit out there. In my opinion. I think he lacks awareness, for sure.

I did a search and couldn't find any fan pages for Hisam. So Red may be right about him being regarded as a pariah.

Hisam's partner is Roberto, who is Peruvian. The state of Washington allows same sex marriage, so they are probably married. (I meant to put that under his bio page.)
I haven't seen the bedroom lights come on yet.

Veganking the YouTubes I watched had nothing to do with BB. They were when he was campaigning and a medical conference. The non BB Hisam is what I was looking for just to see if he could speak without using "right" all the time...and he can so I believe it is a manipulation.

Vegan, I sincerely doubt someone practicing as psychiatric professional would have burlesque fan pages under his real name. Just sayin'. 
His reviews for his profession are pretty typical for someone doing that work. It's hard to get a lot of good reviews from people with mental illness, as they don't always see life clearly. So to range from 3 to 4 stars is actually pretty good.

Boberg, I'm not sure comparing public speaking with casual conversation is a realistic review. Many people have different public speaking voices.
To be fair, you'd have to find a video of him in casual conversation. Or perhaps when he makes his "keep me" speech at eviction.

Kar, I did not say he was a narcissist but that kind of gaslighting is how many of them operate and something we should all be aware of. Perhaps a better word would be a manipulation tactic. It is not always nefarious as parents we use those tactics with our kids (at least little ones) using things like "hitting people is not okay, right?" You want your kid to agree it is wrong and it's the same premis.
