Izzy camtalking in the comics room. Crying a bit.
Realizing she is in an untenable position to win the game. That teaming up with Cirie and Jared has its price. And it may be very high. Like the whole game.
I was wondering when it would hit her that this is like going to the end with a showmance, but worse.

I just got an earthquake alert. 5.6 88.1 miles away. Said I would feel mild shaking. And the, mild shaking. I am upstairs so felt more than dow.
Pamy, looks a bit closer to you than to me. Did the house feel it?
Meanwhile, rain has been steady all morning but increasing in strength, and more wind.
ETA.. the map on the alert was odd, Ojai closer to the house than to me. And 5.6 was higher than the emails I got from USGS.

I got a earthquake alert as it was happening. It felt like you were on a waterbed. but I am far away from it.

We have had vortex for the last few minutes.
I feel bad for Izzy, and I wondered how long she could keep this up. It has to be taxing to be in every room all the time, talking to everyone, constantly. And then to also have this secret. Psychologically draining.
I get exhausted just watching her!

I think I have overlooked the stress that Izzy must have been under in this Cerie/Jared/Izzy situation.
The focus has been on Cirie and Jared and THEIR secret. But Izzy, inadvertently, has been drawn into it, and it has become her secret too.
She didn't ask for this!

Rosem it was Izzy who jumped up and down telling Cirie she knew. Izzy had the choice to keep it to herself and chose not to. Izzy is just very young and also seems easily offended, spooked, or paranoid.

Oh, yes, Boberg, that is exactly what happened.
And I can see how someone can get so excited and caught up and fangirling in this highly intense TV situation.
But then the realization of what she's gotten herself into dawns on her. That is what I think we witnessed today.
So, I understand her mini-meltdown.

I do wonder if Izzy is regretting revealing her knowledge of who Cerie and Jared are.
I know I would have regrets that I didn't keep this information quiet to be used at a later time.
And, oh boy, could this have been used at a later time!

Maris, I think since this is the first tropical storm in 89 years and our infrastructure is not geared for such storms, fewer people out and about is probably not a terrible idea.
I did see an Instagram post where a woman was buying what looked like supplies for a storm, but when asked said oh this is for my grand son's birthday party on the beach tomorrow 🙄. Guessing that was postponed.

Boberg, they CRACK me up every season when they CLUCK about jury votes pre-jury.
Counting chickens before they hatch. BB dresses one of the HG as a chicken. Due to an egg-related competition. Those mother cluckers.

lol sea. I remember superstorm Sandy, we ignored evacuation orders, I had a dog and two cats, lived one block from the ocean and two from the bay. It was a scary night when I looked out my window and saw the ocean and the bay meet below my window. So I get people doing what they are told. somteimes we get too complacent. Rain is picking up here in Hollywood

Happy Hurricane and Earthquake Sunday, everyone!
I haven't read back. Did they feel the quake in the house? My youngest daughter lives at UCLA and felt it. It freaked her out. I think this is the first earthquake since she hasn't been home with me. I hope all my So Cal peeps are ok. We did not feel it where I live.
