I would *almost* like to see Hisam play veto but NOT win (he’d blame this cough he has for the reason he lost). That way, he can’t whine about not having a chance to save himself…Ana he couldn’t call them scared kittens!

Bama,
I have COPD so I cough and it reminds me of Hisem.
I was born in Jacksonville Florida because my dad was stationed there. But my mom is from Savanah Georgia and most of her family still live in Hazelhurst, Georgia. We moved to Cali when my dad got out of the service, since he was from San Francisco, but once a Southerner always a Southerner..lol

Cameron/Red talking together… Red is like a whole different person when he isn’t accentuating his “Chillbilly” persona. Watching him vote on last night’s ep gave me secondhand embarrassment.

Earthmother, I've been coming to this site every summer for many years and I never realized your roots with Georgia. My husband is military and we've lived just north of Perry, GA for 20 years now. Cameron is from a town only 30 minutes from me. His father coached a friend's son-in-law in football when he was in high school.
Btw, I love Savannah! Such a fun historical city!

Cali, I agree on the Red last night. The fake put on accent pisses me off. You want to hear a real accent, come listen to me talk for a bit. LOL
It's those that put on that make southern look foolish and that's not the case.
Earth, Air Force brat here. Parents from Alabama/Georgia, Dad retired in Jacksonville, Alabama so we could be close to a base. Funny both Jacksonville, just different state. We've lived Newnan and Cumming Ga. That's right, once a southern, always a southern.

I was a navy brat, but he was in the service for 25 years as a cook on aircraft carriers, so my mom refused to uproot me.
Wow had no idea so many of us with Georgia roots. Most of my southern traditions now are food related.lol My Iberian husband has yet to like grits. My kids were born here in Cali and grew up on catfish, hushpuppies, fried chicken, blackeyed peas,greens and grits. Their significant others one from Guam and one from Mexico have become lovers of southern food. My Mexican son in law always asks for chicken and dumplings when they visit, it's so cute.

Maine, My husband's sister and her husband lived in Warner Robbins, he was a Dentist there.

Earth, Dad was 22 Years Air Force. This is pretty wild, I just found out a girl that went to High School with us, her Father was stationed at Okinawa, Japan the same time. My Sister and her were in the same 1st grade class and then graduated High School together in, Jacksonville, Alabama. Small world! Crazy to have just found this out!
I really like Matt and right now, he's my fav. My daughter who wears hearing aids also, said she read an article about how they prepared the house for Matt. Someone here might have posted it, if so, sorry for repeated info.
Just casual chit chat happening, Cory is a nice kid and he has no problem talking with Mecole. I think it's cute.

Bamagirl, I live in WR. My husband retired from Robins AFB and now works as a military contractor and my daughter is DOD. Such a small world!
Earthmother, I am from Maine and even after all these years, I've never learned to like Southern food. My husband, the NYer loves it. LOL

I like this cast to Earth, all but Hisam! It didn't take long for me to dislike him. Something creepy about how he looks at others. Weirds me out. LOL
Maine, it really is a small world. Not sure how long you lived there, both my brother and sister in law have passed. He was a Dentist for years there, John Driver.

Bama, yes someone posted a link to the article. It was an interesting read, I learned things. However, I feel tptb fluffed it a bit about the extent they have accommodated. I really like Matt.
I can't believe Cameron spilled to Red! The whole plan is going to leak to Hisam sooner rather than later. Prolly either Red or Cameron wanting brownie points.
Im from southern Ohio/ northern Kentucky. My hubby is from Kentucky and so was my dad. Plenty of family in Tennessee as well.
But I've lived in Florida for 20+yrs.
So im a Briar-Billy-Buckeye-Floridian 😁

Aabee, I'm going to find the article. She agrees, not enough has been done to help Matt.
Izzy laughing cracks me up and they are ALL OVER Hisam mess! I wish Cam had kept his mouth shut. If Hisam finds out, they should tell Cam after Veto, you're going because you spilled the beans. If they find out!
I've been here since the 1st season and didn't realize so many of us were from the south.
