Based on Taran's update 8/4:
Reilly's HOH so far - Just a bit of Frenchiness. She's hinted at deals everywhere, and talked alliance versions with almost everyone. She has Jag as her "ride or die."
It's an onion structure. (Not sure if Jag described it that way or it was Taran's metaphor.)

According to Taran, it's everyone and anyone who bothered to come up to the HoH and talk strategy with her.
She has been convinced, mostly by Cory, that she will take down Cory and Jared, with Kirsten as the target. He was the original backup plan/pawn, but he convinced her that if she really wanted Kirsten out (which seems very true) he was too risky as a pawn as he has no connections.
How long it lasts? How much it changes? We shall see.

So far it still seemed like Hisam won't use POV and that Kirsten will be evicted (rumor says not to home but to sequester.
The HG got the yard last night. Felicia fell into the hot tub, destroying her third Mic pack.
The HG had their swimsuit group shot.

Luke uttered the N word while talking to Jared, Cory and Hisam, said sorry, but also said it just slipped pit. Later said it wouldn't be the first time he got in trouble.
We should learn soon how this affects eviction.

Maybe production was glad Kirsten was voted out so they wouldn't have to deal with the controversy that started brewing on social media. Maybe they let her go home, but they hold back some future HGs for return comp?
