Well we’ll Well in the same week we have BB evict a houseguest that so easily and readily used the ‘n’ word and we have Bravo fire 2 sexual predators. Is reality tv growing a pair, about time.

I think that humans just tend to be tribal, in a microcosm of every person being different, there is a sense of security in finding a person similar to yourself that you can connect with.
We always hope and root for an all-girls alliance. Is that the same as having an alliance based on race? An all white boy alliance that we have had almost every season seems to be pretty accepted.

Nobody seems to mind the loyalty between Cirie and Felicia… like Rosem said, we tend to gravitate to those we find something in common with. As weeks go on, players always find a surprising bond not based on outside appearances. We as viewers live for those bonds! When the house embraced Ian, we all cheered. We loved how much the house appreciated farmer Donny.
I don’t think we can avoid alliances based on common denominators, and I don’t know that we should. We have yet to see a successful female alliance, each year we read comments hoping for one. Would that be considered as being anti-male, or non-inclusive? Or, would it be viewed as a breath of fresh air, a welcome change?

I'm surprised (but happy) that CBS got rid of Luke. I totally expected they would say it wasn't "hate speech" and had no ill-will intentions behind it. So, good on them.
I also noticed in the clips of the incident that yes, Luke said he was sorry. But he said "sorry" while grinning and nearly laughing thru it. So awful.

So I have a friend, who is an avid feeds watcher. She says that Jared and Kirsten were having a convo one night, and Kirsten used the word too. I did not hear it, no one reported it, she does not remember a day or time. Anyone of you hear it or remember? Because zero tolerance means zero tolerance.

My Aunt Helen and Aunt Jean from the old country of Lithuania wore babushkas. As a child, I wore a babushka and remember being mad because I felt that it was an old lady head covering.

Apparently after Luke said sorry and "should have said narwhale, he later joked that it wouldn't be the first time he got in trouble and he does like to push rules.
They stated the rules clearly and in public after Memphis was accused of using that word, but the concluded that he had not.

Rosem, I found a picture recently of my sister and I when we lived in Japan. We were heading to the train station with Mammsan and we both have scarfs on our heads. We look like two lil old ladies. She was probably 6 and I was around 4.
Each time I see Jared, I think of this pic. LOL

I wish we knew for sure if feeds will be down until after the live show. I want to see “Oppenheimer”. Seeing it during a long feed outage would be ideal. It is actually too hot to even go to the pool. I was literally sweating while in the pool yesterday, which felt like a hot tub.
I’ll be watching for any news, but I may just go to the movie tomorrow either way.
