Mac its a program to watch the live feeds on. I never used it until the past view years. People seem to prefer it, and the feeds seem better on there tonite. Just google BB Viewer and you should be able to find a place to download

Matt does have hearing aids- he can hear decently in 1 on 1 talks but can’t hear the overhead speakers very well (he couldn’t hear Julie during the live show). He can’t do sign language- but he hasn’t told anyone he can read lips..
