I thought I heard the actors couldnt participate in conventions. I wonder if that would fall under special events.
Interesting about the reality exclusion. Another reason actors dislike reality tv

You know, I haven't seen one thing about discounts on subscription fees. Usually, by now everyone has them advertised. I don't think they are doing the mini subscriptions just for BB anymore? I think it's just, the first week free then $5.99 a month for basic with ads.
There is a BB 25 Year Special Wednesday, July 26 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CBS and Paramount+
The first HG was reportedly "kidnapped" this morning. She is a yoga instructor.

The Sunday show is going to be airing at 10pm (not sure exactly when- probably when football starts)
The Wednesday show will move to Tuesdays once Survivor and TAR start up.
Thursday show stays the same.

This erratic scheduling makes me feel like they are just trying to fit Big Brother around their “more important” shows.
Kinda insulting on their big 25th anniversary season to be treated so shabbily. Heh. Also, the show has been on the air for 23 years, so, who broke the space-time continuum?
I know that this is “season 25”. Also not accurate since there was BBOTT and 3 celebrity seasons. Yes, I am being nit-picky. In preparation.

I am thinking that because they extended the length of many reality show (because of strikes) many shows will be moved to other nights/times, temporarily

Pamy, I always feel like TAR and Survivor are the network favorites. They get all the award nominations, and their narratives can be easily controlled with editing.
BB is like the pain-in-the-ass, controversial, troublemaker that they put up with for summer ratings. Unwieldy, scary, live…corporate networks hate that shit!
And it is why BB is the only reality show I have ever consistently watched year after year. It pisses off the suits at the network, and I like them to be pissed off.

The pre-season is one of my favorite phases of the Big Brother experience.
It is the naive, hopeful phase, with thoughts and hopes of an older, more diverse cast. Including people with life experiences who will share fun stories and thoughtful wisdom.
It is that special time before finding out that the usual Instagram influencers and actor/models who have never seen the show have been cast.
