I have to remind myself that the person I like rarely makes it to the end and wins it seems. So Michael is probably doomed. But I'm holding out hope.

And ugh if the show is pre-empted. The queen was 96 . It's news, but it should not be surprising news.

Hwest has anyone else in the house made the kind of deals Brit has? They are all doing the same exact thing. They all are there to win. I love loyalty but at some point, if you want to win, you have to play your own game. They are all in the same boat. They are making a villain of someone who they think might have a few votes more than them in jury. All of them will choose the ones they think they can beat to the end with them. We see this every single year.

The Queen's death is major world news. There is a live audience for BB tonight and the show will be taped. We may not get to see it but at least live audience members can spoil results.

It is major world news but there is also a football game on tonight. Americans love their football.

If NBC shows the football, CBS may show BB.

EM I agree everyone in the game should be trying to get in the best position. Everyone is making deals but Brittany made four or 5 deals in just a few hours so the house is focusing on her.

They broke into the Bold and Beautiful (CBS) with the Queen news. I can't see them doing something so quickly on her life. It wasn't expected and there is 96 years of her life to put together a special if they do one.

I don't think Brit would have a lot of votes in jury. I think the jury will vote on who played the best game. That would be Michael to me if he makes it.

Mimiaow. I hope BB is on tonight, but the networks don't have to put anything together. Retrospectives of most famous people/politicians and celebrities are all done in advance. I'm sure a special on the Queen was done a long time ago. All they have to do is update it.

I agree Mamapors, I'm nervous for him, given all his hard work, a DE is the worst way to go.

I hope Terrance and Aylssa go tonight, if not Aylssa than for me it's Monte. He was one of my favorites, but some of his recent behavior with Taylor is verging on the 'creepy'

He seems to be a wee obsessed and it comes out as sweet at times, and hateful at others

Yes she did, Hwest, but I think she senses a boy bond between Michael, Turner and Monte. She wanted Turner gone because it was better for her game. She was trying to get info from Turner and yes she should not have gone that far. Everyone has a game to play and others have a game to lose. The best players sometimes lose, more often than not.

Brittany was just thinking ahead. Turner was her Plan B. She tried very hard to pair up with him so that she would not be nominated if he won the HOH (since Michael is not playing). I wish she would say less! I do hope she and Michael survive but mostly Michael.

I am curious to see how production handles Hurricane Kay's tropical weather on Saturday for the veto comp.

This is such a rare event that they may not have a plan, but they can probably set something up inside using the 'basement'. All their outdoor furniture is going to get soaked if they don't remove it.

Between the heat wave and rainstorm, I fear for Southern Californians.

I do too Rosem. My son in San Diego says getting some moisture and it is overcast, but less than ten minutes after the rain stopped, the temp went from 85 to 95. Hot rain and hot wind in unbearable. Not enough rain and too much hot wind is fueling those fires too.

Terrance has been practicing his don't evict me speech up in the have not room. He's been whispering so I don't know what he is saying . .. but he has practiced it multiple times..has it down to about 36 seconds and he seems pretty pleased with himself .. sounds like he thinks it is quite clever.

Ooohhh.. he just called it "fire" going to be a hot one tonight...

My take on what he said is that she is a sell out to her black heritage, not supporting him. There is so much I can say about him, but on his last few minutes on feeds I will refrain. He just better not say anything awful to her. Or EM, Bamagirl and I make him pay.
