The grim reality is that very few BB winners are well liked by fans.
Miesha and Todrick are far and away the best players this season with respect to trying to win BB. Granted they have had no competition but it isn't even close. Consistent with most prior seasons, practically no one is cheering for them and they are generally disliked by the fans.
There have been 26 seasons now. How many past winners were well liked by fans? Is it almost impossible to "play nice" or at least in a fun way, be liked by fans and win BB?

I agree you can not win a cut throat game without telling some lies and being a little dirty. I think a lot of animosity that some winner's experience is not from their game play but from the ugly comments and vitriol they direct toward their opponents when secreted away with their buddies. I think you can win (even lying and being cut throat) without being ugly. I have watched seasons where my favorite was cut because they were outplayed and the winner did not dog them out in the head of household room before they left.

I liked Eddie, Will, Jun, Jordan, Rachel, Ian, Nicole, Kaycee. I think that's pretty good.

When I pick a doctor, I want a medical expert AND one with good bedside manner. When I pick a BB favorite, I want a gamer who is a decent human. Both. Not one or the other. Take Jordan. Nice enough human I guess. But she was absolutely no gamer. She didn’t have a game. Mike B. Awful human. Ok player.
Plus I tend to judge their game based on level of play. The bar is so low this season that I can’t credit any of those left with much. Ya need some competition to gauge your skill level. They coulda phoned this crap in.

Liking the winner of BB is something I gave up a long time ago, since it is so rare.
What keeps me coming back, is the hope that some decent underdog will defeat the odds and come out on top, without being a total arsehole. Being a partial arsehole is acceptable, however. (See: Will Kirby, Dan Gheesling)

Chippy a big ditto to everything! Including the physician part.
The only winner I disliked was Maggie and Mike Boogie. I didn't like Maggie as a player. And I don't like Mike Boogie as a human being

They played a great game for winning BB but as Carson s aid what surprised him is that celebrity reality shows are different from others. There is a unstated rule that you play above board to protect your brand and your other celebrities brands. Todrick has screwed himself for a chance to win 250K. Participatging in Celebrity BB may end up costing him a lot more than that.

I just went to Instagram and checked out some of the Todrick hate based on a link upthread. I never go to Instagram, except for a specific link like the one above.
The kid does put off a shyster vibe, and I agree with Carson the kid probably damaged his brand.

As I recall, Evil Will never had to lie. He told the truth and everyone thought no one would vote for this evil guy and wanted to take him to the end. I don't think anyone hates him, but he was the only one to pull that game. You can only do it once.
The first year of BB I think everyone was nice if some were not too bright. I don't think anyone hates any of them.
