I wonder if Covid preventing them from cruising bars and clubs for contestants might have had a positive effect on the cast we got.

Alyssa and Derek X are talking about how they are going to do whatever Frenchie wants, and that Brent is saving their team. (?)
Kyland and Alyssa, who Frenchie nominated, are inexplicably wanting to align with him instead of extracting revenge.

Okay, we here on the outside realize that Frenchie is an irrational and unstable individual, right? It's not just me?
Because there are a lot of people in that BB house who are acting like his behavior is normal.

Alyssa is giving us a nice rundown on who almost got on BB last season when Covid made them change it to All Stars.
Alyssa, Frenchie and Azah were all supposed to be on last season.

My sister texted me having not seen any feeds and only part of the first episode...
"I want to ask what you thought about big brother?! It seems to me that all the houseguests are fairly smart people. Did you notice they all have degrees or advanced degrees? All of them bragging how smart they are? They're all employed. None of them are just living with their parents or homeless or just surfers. Even the one guy that does surf has a pretty lucrative job with the stock market!"
Me: <Hitting my head on the wall> while at the same time listening to Alyssa, who is on the block, telling the veto winner to use the veto on the other player on the block because she trusts Frankie who put her on the block.
While she also told said Veto winner (who was the backdoor plan) to listen to whatever Frankie wants.

Big brother season 15 was handing out Xanax like it was candy.
ETA: Even with the small amount of my feed time, there is a distinct difference in Frankie and his voice, he is on something IMO

Now Frenchie is offering Derek X a spot in the giant allianceā¦ that will make it a 9-person-alliance! Heās acting as if heās giving him a wonderful gift. He told him āwait til you come up here later and see the numbers you were up againstā¦ā wonāt Derek be pissed heās only getting invited now that he won the veto?! Frenchie hasnāt even discussed it with the other members,Iām guessing they wonāt be thrilled. There wonāt be many choices for noms if they keep adding to the alliance!

What I keep wondering is whether this "normal" first week behavior that we usually miss, and then they usually calm down a bit, or if this is unique to this cast.
And - if they are in the House awhile before live feeds, noms are delayed and there might be a cooling off period?
Have any former players commented on the "first week" differences?

I just posted a couple of clips of Derek X in action, and I must say that I am very happy he won the veto.
He also seems to have Brentās number, and wants to align with Azah and Xavier.
