Does anyone know if David is nominated, can he want to see if he wins the power of veto, then use his power? Or does it have to be done immediately?

I think David can use his power after veto. Because it stated what would happen if he won veto. I looked but couldn’t find where they described the powers I found it once but can’t find it again...,

Pamy, they've had leaks before but I don't remember anything that important being leaked.

I thought that I heard Ian say that there was a long pause after Christmas did noms and then wrapped up the nomination ceremony. I wonder if David has to stand up and say that he is using his disruptor power?
