I assume that if he has been convinced to stay that he would want his chances to win to be as high as possible. Going to Bay & Da now and saying "Sorry, I changed my mind." would pretty much put the rest of his game in the crapper so there would be no point in him staying.
I'm not saying that Bay & Da don't have a right to feel extremely let down. Tyler should have waited until he knew what he was proposing wouldn't have any consequences on his $40,000 and that everyone else would be happy for him to screw up their game. I believe when he talked to Bay he really thought he could get himself sent home. He messed up and Bay's feelings are hurt but nothing else is different than what it was before he said anything. Bay was going home and she is still going home.

We missed the most important conversations last night between Tyler and Xmas so it is really hard to make judgments about motivation. I agree with Ark. Bay's chances of leaving this week are no worse now then when the week began. There are just going to be some very hard feelings for slights that are real and slights that are imaginary.
Maybe we should have a season of no diversity with all POC HG's.

Ark and Hwest, we are agreeing. I am not seeing racism from Tyler in the least.
This happens in real life, making judgments before all the facts are on the table.
And Bay was going home no matter what anyway.

White privilege I being able to go, on your own, and make a big speech about the importance and value of the BLM movement and your willingness to step up and then just change your mind with absolutely no repercussions.
Must be nice.
Meanwhile, Bay and Day and David have to watch everything they say and their tone because the white women find them soooooo scary.

What about Dani who picked Day and Bay in the head of Household "knockout"? What criticism will she face? Dani has been targeting Bay and Day for weeks. Kevin is telling Day that there are 4 or 5 who are on the outside and they just happen to be at the top of the list.

OnlyHuman, I agree.
Hwest, Dani also comes off as racist to me, for that, and many other comments she has made in the house. She should (and will) get her own deserved criticism.
Tyler and Dani need to learn what “unconscious bias” is, and it should have been covered in their sensitivity training they were supposedly given before entering the house.

If Tyler wasn’t told that in DR, (about being told he can’t ask to be put on the block/voted out) why wasn’t he scolded for using Production as strategy? I’m guessing Production just made up a new rule OR just decided to enforce an existing rule? Either way, Production is trying to save their Golden Boy. HGs can’t use Production, but Production can use Production AND HGs at their will...

Hwest, it was the same when people went nuts because people outside the house decided that Memphis referred to David as "boy" when we never got to hear that conversation until it was on the show. Twitter and people here judged him based on nothing. While Memphis was extremely condescending he was not guilty of calling anyone "boy".
Christiii, I can get on board with Da winning if she starts playing better than she has been but I have very little respect for David coming into a season of ALL STARS without even watching any previous seasons.
Every single person in that house needs to be watching what they say, not just Bay, Da & David. As we've seen saying what you're thinking can get you in big trouble and sent home.
