Don't know what he's cooking, but he's cutting up a HUGE bunch of mushrooms. And red bell pepper. looks like he has some red onion also. Hope he's cooking for more than just himself.

Looks like probably gonna be an omelet or scrambled eggs w/ veggies. At least 9 eggs; he finished up the carton. For a restaurant guy, he sure doesn't know how to use a whisk very well.

Oh... Memphis threw all that in a baking dish with cheese on top... so maybe more like a fritatta (sp?) I still would have sauted at least the onions myself.

PSC... I think that Enzo recognizes that NicA tends to spill info. He pretends he is like her with no alliances. By just sitting there and letting her talk he pretty much learns what is going on in the house. Possibly what others think. She is a constant source of information on which way the tide is going in the house. Plus it doesn't hurt to have her in his back pocket just in case he needs that extra vote. I don't think enzo is completely without empathy for her. I just think that he is very much focused on the game and going to use anybody he needs to in order to get to the end.
